Good room and good location.

The hotel has very good service

Property could have been cleaner. all my family could smell was pot and it was disgusting. we will never stay at this hotel again.

I would not recommend this place to no one. Walls, rugs were dirty. Need to update kitchenette and furniture. People slamming doors, kids running and screaming up and down the hallways.

Liked proximity to the AD mall and easy on/off highway. Property is very tired and worn, hasn’t been updated in a long time. The stairwells and hallway looked like they hadn’t seen a vacuum in a long time. Most hotels have usb ports to charge devices, not here which makes one think it’s been MANY years since anything has been updated or refreshed

The overall cleanliness and comfort of the room is okay. The TV only has a few basic channels with only one that works sometimes. Wifi doesn't work at all. Not good

Andrew, Alliyah, Briana, and Joel great smiles.I appreciated that. They were very accomodating. Coffee was good. These is a hardworking team. Hallways always clean.My room was very comfortable. Easy access anywhere. They suggested a great place for food. Rumba Cubana(yum). I was raised in the area and feel as though I made some new friends. Great Job Team. All the best. Good location for American Dream and MetLife Stadium. Room pretty basic but clean. Hallway needed cleaning – debris directly outside our room. Staff at reception pleasant.

I felt that the sheets and towels were not washed very well. When I inspected the bed and sheets there was hair from another person. I quickly took it off. The towels instead of being white was a grey like color in some parts. There was really bad food smells in the hallway that lingered in. Also the peep hole is huge and felt as anyone could peep in. The safety hook was smaller to my liking and wish it would have been bigger.

They provide at least a clean and comfortable bed, but also a low aesthetic standard of the room and bathroom. Movement from this place is limited, you must have your own car or take a taxi.

The hotel is well located, close to Manhattan and other popular places. My experience with the person at check in was not the best, he barely talk, gave us wrong directions to our room, gave us a room that was not ready, I had to go back to the front desk a couple times and again he barley talk, he mentioned a discount but I haven’t see anything yet not even my receipt. Thanks to the housekeeping lady that did a good effort to get the room ready quickly. The microwave in the room is all rusted same as the stove and bathtub, the phone wasn’t working, I had to go to the front desk to pickup a coffee maker late at night and the lady in the night shift wasn’t any better than the check in man. I just want to say our stay was OKAY and won’t share any of this issues in social media. Roberto Rojas.

The first room she gave us at the front desk. We carried all our luggage up to the second floor to open the door to find the room has not been clean. The couch is pulled out. Someone slept on. The bed was tore up, or someone slept on it I went back downstairs to get another key, she gave me the room right above it but I should say also she was never at the front desk any of the times that I went there. She was always away so I had to stand there and wait for at least five minutes for her to come back and they were two people in the lobby I assume they live there saying she will be back. The tub had rust in it. The floor rug was wet and dirty. Also as you leave out the back exit it look like they may have evicted someone because it was a lot of personal items belonging to someone piled in the hallway. It wasn’t a good experience. I definitely will not stay here and I stay there because we’re doing a bigger trip in January and I wanted to bring some friends down a few other couples. This will not be the place we stay one thing the bed was comfortable. However, there were two other people in the lobby. Also complaining about something with their room. I never waited around to listen.
