Everyone was very nice, lovely people at the reception helped us resolve our issues. We really enjoyed the pool with hot thermal water and spent there a lot of time. It was a blast! The food exceeded our expectations! It was soooo good! There is a great variety for every taste. Speaking about the hotel itself, yes, it looks very simple and a bit outdated, but it didn't matter to us. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. My parents do not speak English or Hungarian, but they were able to find how to communicate with the staff and did it successfully 😊 When some people didn't understand, they would always try their best to comprehend or call someone who understands Thank you so much, everyone at the Silver hotel."

"This is no way a 3 star hotel, its more 4 or 5 star, rooms are huge, mini fridge air con. Lovely decoration and doesn't look tired at all like some places. Breakfast OK a good selection to choose from. Would prefer a normal tea but non available. Lift and stairs to all floors"
