Great staff and location! As always we enjoy our stay at this hotel. They are always accommodating and friendly.

Easy check in and check out. Food was good. The area is so accessible.

Facility was old but spotless clean and comfortable with at a great price. I think they are working on some renos. I’d stay again for sure.

the room was so spacious, and unbelievably quiet. I appreciated the glassware, dishes provided in the room, that was very handy for food service to the room.

Nice clean hotel. Mixed up my room number and gave me someone else’s room and key card, that was a way smaller room. Also charged me way extra for the room damage deposit etc. because they forgot I was prepaid ******* booking. If it weren’t for me pointing out and realizing the wrong room and charges, they would’ve never realized. Staff was good and friendly about it but these kind of mistakes should not be happening.

This hotel has been face lifted, however the bones of the building are old, floor to floor and room to room noise transfer, paper thin.

Very clean. Great lunch buffet during weekdays for $24.95. Carved roast beef and lots of other main choices with salads and desert.

Property was clean and well maintained. We were upgraded as they didn't have the room category we selected. Room was spacious and had a nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. We had breakfast at the restaurant which was great, and reasonably priced. Would stay here again.

Was in Edmonton for a quick weekend visit. The hotel was clean and provided everything necessary for a nice stay. The room was spacious, clean and had a microwave, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. It will be more hotel of choice for Edmonton.

Always a good stay there. Very pet friendly. Quite, cofmy beds, spacious rooms. Restaurant has good food.

Excellent value, nice to have a restaurant and lounge in the same place Only downside was a little confusing how to get in and out of the parking lot as there is construction in the area Staff is very polite and accommodating

We enjoy staying at the Chateu Nova as we are able to take our dogs with us. Very friendly staff and also very clean.
