黑山頭這晚是整個旅途中，最讓人失望的住宿。
這酒店洗澡十分困難，首先花灑漏的比灑的多，熱水也是很不夠，我們第一個人洗完，等待超過40分鐘後，第二個人進去洗了不到三分鐘熱水突然迅速降到冷水澡的温度，衹能趕緊包毛巾出來。

入住很滿意，酒店離景區濕地和白樺林都很近，周邊吃飯蠻方便的，開車過去就幾分鐘！
酒店的設施很新，衞生也挺好，新開的酒店，前台服務很熱情，小哥哥小姐姐會介紹好吃的，好玩的，很開心😁😁😁😁
黑山頭真的很美，美麗的大草原，騎馬，滑草，期待下次的旅行！

服務很好，房間乾淨整潔，空間挺大的，老闆服務很好，很耐心的給我們講解附近的好玩的，好吃的，距離黑山頭，白樺林景區都特別近，性價比很高。晚上美美的睡了一覺，睡得特別香，疲勞了一天要上起來元氣滿滿，繼續後麪的行程，很推薦。

設施：沒有電梯，房間整體空間還行，但是衞生間不太行，浴巾和毛巾很差，建議自帶一次性的洗漱用品，水都是黃的，洗手枱的水味道很重，可能是水龍頭管道太差，鐵銹味很重，像血腥味。

房間內陳設不錯，設施齊全，很乾凈~老闆人超級好，很熱情，店員服務態度很好~美中不足：景比較好的三樓，沒有電梯，沒有人幫拎行李。一進酒店有一股腋臭的味道，蔓延到所有樓道都是這個味兒，房間裏還好一些，稍微淡一點。其他都很好~

去滿洲里路過黑山頭，本來是想定蒙古包的，但是考慮自駕出遊休息好是第一位，還是選擇了酒店，個人認為是當地衞生，床品，早餐最好的，老闆之前就是開民宿的，對酒店衞生把控有要求。晚上睡的很香，必須給好評！

酒店如果放在城市裡不算很高檔酒店，但在黑山頭絕對算乾淨的，來呼倫貝爾旅遊旅遊沒有對比就沒有傷害，1000多在城市裡應該超五星級，在這裏住上乾淨的，有服務意識，不欺客，能幫忙拿行李，很幸福了，給酒店點個兟

酒店位於黑山頭鎮邊上，前後都是草原，觀日落日出好地方。對於自駕游來説很方便，門口可停車。外觀雖普通，內部裝修卻眼前一亮，類似全季酒店的裝修風格，一路上都是些木刻楞民族風的賓館，真有些受不了。房間乾淨整潔，床品很新，洗漱用品也不錯。值得入住！唯一缺憾就是衞生間沒有獨立的沖淋間，乾濕不分離，不過當地賓館都這樣。

房間還可以，三人間挺大的，衞生間不是乾濕分離的，是電加熱熱水器，所以洗澡人多時需要等一會，老闆人不錯，也很客氣。
