Ali & Laura are fantastic staff and provide fun entertainment & games around the pool and amphitheatre. Very friendly and engaging, had lots of fun thanks to them! They made the time enjoyable and we had many laughs. They are really friendly and welcoming with the children there aswell.

We had wonderful time with Ozlem during our trip .it was fabulous 5 days. Night shows were such glowy and minidisco and rides for kids. Ozlem is such great influence for children, nice whethear enjoyed swimming.it was so nice to be there....

Majority of staff were very rude and unwilling to help, very unprofessional unfriendly and unorganised. British guests are not catered for or acknowledged in any way. Russian guests the staff were running around after! No information given on arrival re booking Al a cart meals, hotel info or nothing. Information pack in the room was just an envelope and hadn’t been restocked from the last guests. Food edible just about but not enjoyable. Tables not cleaned and cutlery replenished after guests left the table..our first night we moved plates and sat with our meal after another couple had left the table with dirty linen and dirt plates around us. When we asked a staff member to move then he sighed! Totally out dated hotel with a very busy main road to Antalya in front of it and lorries buses and cars driving it all night! Mini fridge/bar not stocked from the day we arrived. It contained a bottle of water and a bottle of some lemon juice! Holes in the curtains and the room was tiny and not very clean. Paint stains on the horrible brown plastic balcony furniture House keepers changed our come in and clean sign round to don’t disturb so they didn’t have to clean the room! Pools weren’t open when they were meant to it was just when they felt like it. When we checked out the receptionist literally took the key and walked away! Staff in the shop seemed to make up the prices and tried to keep the change! Alanya is 10/15 mins in a taxi from the hotel costing £25-45 depending on the driver! There is a shuttle bus but we never tried it.

The hotel is most definitely not 5 star. Maybe low 4 star on a good day. We did have a nice time and the staff are very friendly and try very hard, but they look utterly over worked and exhausted. The hotel is very busy and seems overwhelmed by the guest traffic and the decor is very dated and not at all clean. I struggled to find clean, unchipped crockery in the restaurant. The food is very nice and they do make an effort. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the hand rail in the bathroom was broken and so was the shower door. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing!!! The housekeepers made the bed so cutely every day. The aircon was very dodgey and it must be hideous in summer. The beach is very nice with a great pier to tan on. The spa area was really amazing with fantastic staff. In general we had a really nice time but we wouldn’t stay again. The cats in and around the hotel are just wonderful!!!!! The highlight for us!

It was a very nice week, everything was very good, the food was very good, the restaurant and the restaurant were perfect, the snack bar and pizza ice creams were great, the night shows were very fun and nice, especially Mr. Kenan from the coffee house, Ms. Zehra was very interested and friendly.

food was not good the entertainment was not the best but at night with the beach club was good pool ok struggled with staff as poor communication due to language barriers darts good drinks are very limited nothing around off the complex need transport to go in to alanya but all in all you make up your own fun

This resort has disgusting food. The chips were cold and bland. I went with my 3 cousins and we were left starving for a whole week.other than the terrible food this place is filled with cats which I find quite nice. A worker there told me to clean whilst I was sitting in the lounge. Me and my cousins also went on the lowest level in the elevator and found a pool of dirty water and rubbish and a foul smell.the yellow slide was not properly functioning and me and my cousin were drowning on the deep side of the pool and no lifeguard was on the area to help us.The community was disgusting as a whole setting watched a young child getting her hair pulled my an older adult and it was absolutely horrifying watching the abuse.A worker called ‘Sehrat’ did not clean a broken plate on our table and only did it when we put it on the table next to us. We even told him to clean it aswell. Also there was cats with infections as I remember one cat had a red eye and a member of staff even told us to stop touching the cats because of its infection or disease. They also had a funfair which was one of the reasons we chose this resort and it was closed the whole week I was there.we also got chased by a member of staff for simply just exploring the area. The man in the spa was also extremely disrespectful and said absolutely violent things about us to our parents. Next to my cousins room there was a cat who had babies. In the night it was a pain to sleep as youngsters were making a ton of noise, staff were always off task and kept talking to each other.
