A very new hotel, very very clean. It has a kitchen which is very convenient. The hotel service is very patient and considerate. It is also very convenient to shop around. The price is affordable. It is a treasure hotel and has been booked again.

Needs a little TLC even though it’s new. You can tell they cheaped out on things. I heard the developer ran out of money and the town had to finish which explains it but great value. 30’min per room handyman would make a world of difference. With that said I’ve stayed here again bc the value and space in the room along with the kitchenette is great.

I can’t believe- when we tried to check in early we couldn’t understandable- but when we asked to use the restrooms and were told, “we don’t have a public restroom”, I asked what about that one over there” and the reply was, “it’s for employees”. Later that night at check in “can I use the restroom”? “yeah, I’ll give you the key”. Know your clientele, We weren’t off the streets needing your RR, we were paying customers. Disappointing for sure.

Hotel itself seemed clean and smelled pleasant. I felt the area was very poor in middle of business park. NOT business friendly for people wanting to do work. No computer, printer or real lobby. I asked front desk for a pen to do some work and she said they didn’t have any pens for guest ?!?!
The fact you have to order diahware and cookware is extremely inconvenient. Other hotel include these items in your room.
Felt the area was unsafe. There were several shady people just hanging out in front of hotel for hours. Extremely odd.
Probably why the price of hotel was less than surrounding hotels.
Probably would NOT recommend staying here.

Clean, simple, and basic. Beds were super comfy. New hotel so everything felt sanitized. We were on the 2nd floor so you can hear the sound of your own steps, so hopefully i didn't disturb anyone below us. Right off the fwy but didn't hear outside traffic.

New hotel wanted to give it a try, unfortunately the room was not ready arrived at check in time was told would be ready in about an hour. Room was clean and nice.

Although it is a new facility, the facility needs a lot of cleaning. The floors were filthy as soon as you walked in to the elevator. The hallways look like they are never vacuumed and trash cans outside the rooms are not emptied out. The floor in our room was not swept. There was hair in the bathtub and appeared to not have been cleaned.
Additionally, the beds are not comfortable and squeaky. Although the facility is not noisy, you can here people talking in the room next door and outside the building.
The facility needs cleaning and good customer service.
