Me and a few friends were visiting over New Years from San Diego. I'll start with the positives. It was a beautiful complex and the suites were very nice and bar bura has one of the best views ever with good food. My group stayed there over New Years for 2022. We attended their New Years ever party. It was raining which was unfortunate and they set up tents. They had an old man running the fire and many guests complained the tents were too Smokey to have a normal experience. They however did not stop the fire even when guests were literally crying from the smoke, instead they just got everyone drunk on mezcal. The 6 course dinner was not consistent and I believe my group only had 4 courses because of the disorganization. Then we tried to return to our rooms but we were muddy from the rain and tried to clean our shoes and rooms with the towels. They then charged us $98 USD for the towels. The towels were not that nice to begin with and were used. You can get brand new towels in the US for under $30 in Mexico I would expect them to be less expensive. I will be recommending my friends choose different hotels to stay at when they visit. We also had a reservation for brunch on Saturday at bar bura but apparently was cancelled with no communication. I really hope they improve their customer service because it was a cool venue.

Wow. What a spectacular place. If you can get a reservation for the ocean front restaurant/lounge, DO IT. It is an absolutely unforgettable experience, with amazing drinks (get the Bloody Bura!). I would recommend this place to all travelers to the Valle!

The best part was the contact with the nature, the suite and the staff. Poor WiFi sign in the rooms but it was ok.

El lugar es muy bonito. Lo malo es que su servicio de restaurante para los huéspedes si es temporada baja está cerrado, literal no tienes donde desayunar ni cenar, cosa que no te dicen en su página y te enteras hasta que estás ahí.

Le hacen falta varias articulos en las habitaciones para estar cómodos.
Ejemplo… para subir a mi habitación no había barandal en la escalera.
No tenía closet y ganchos para colgar la ropa. A mus amigos nunca les salio agua caliente en la regadera/ y asi varios detalles. La propiedad es preciosa asi como la vista del bar bura.
