Het is een ruime villa met veel kamers. Het heeft sfeer en er staan veel spelletjes. Nadeel is dat de villa matig is onderhouden: de ramen zijn van enkel glas, er hangen veel ouderwetse gloeilampen (wat beide de hoge energiekosten in de rekening verklaart) de vloeren kraken en het schilderwerk is op veel plekken lang niet gedaan. Desondanks toch 4 sterren vanwege de grote hoeveelheid ruimte en de prachtige ligging.
