Um recepcionista que se acha malandro....deveria estar vendendo automóveis usados. Bem o restante dos funcionários deviam estar com problemas, nem bom dia, principalmente da recepção, que são as pessoas que recebem os clientes, o hotel até passa, bem desleixados o acesso da garagem e o térreo, meio sujo, mas o mau atendimento é muito determinante, nunca mais volto

Fomos muito bem recebidos, o quarto e todas as solicitações que fizemos foram a contento. Somente o box do banheiro e o secador de cabrlos deixaram a desejar. O café da manhã estava bem gostoso.

O hotel não fica localizado no centro da cidade, mas tem uma estrutura muita boa, os quartos são bem limpos e o café da manhã tem variedade. Mas o melhor é o preço, o que o torna uma excelente opção para quem está de passagem pela cidade

A oferta que consta no ********** não confiz com o que é oferecido. Fiz reserva de um quarto com ar condicionado e queriam que eu ficasse num com ventilador. Esta parte foi resolvida, mudando-se para um com ar condicionado. O Restaurante não está funcionando e foi decisivo para minha escolha. Estou frustrado.

Diferente de todos os demais funcionários, o recepcionista do checkin e do checkout (o mesmo) é/foi mal educado e com dificuldade de comunicação.
O chuveiro com finos fios de água e uma aranha grande na cama.

O hotel é ótimo, limpo, agradável e o café da manhã é excelente, mas o atendimento dos recepcionistas é muito ruim, o recepcionista da chegada queria cobrar a mais para colocar em outro quarto, não quisemos, dai ele colocou outros hóspedes que eram família com criança no quarto acima do nosso e com isso ouvíamos barulho a noite. E também mentiu dizendo que não tinham garagem coberta Obs: nós e a família éramos os únicos hóspedes do hotel. É na saída era outro recepcionista, que disse que a diária não tinha sido paga, e teríamos que pagar. Ai mostramos que já havíamos pago pelo site.
