A Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at Laimar suites and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The TV service was terrible, with a room that was not only unclean but also completely untidy. The price paid did not align with the subpar service received. The staff exhibited rudeness and treated guests as if they were receiving charity. The overall condition of the hotel was questionable, showing no signs of renovation in years. The parking area was the worst I've encountered, and the absence of security services left me feeling unsafe throughout my stay. To make matters worse, the food provided was both horrible in taste and unreasonably costly. My visit to Laimar Suites was an unpleasant one, and I would strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodations for a more enjoyable stay. But the location is marvelous and easily accessible. This was the only positive I found on it.

Entrance to the hotel is bit of a hassle. Room was untidy and the wifi super-slow. Water from shower comes very less. The view was nice

It took them almost a day to just get me the keys to the main door of my unit. My bathroom stank and I had no access to my wifi inside my room; and both remained unfixed. They didn't pay subscriptions to renew channels on TV and the worst was my room's TV had its wires cut. I had ******* on one hand who reached out to the ***ager and yet they refused to co****sate or even make changes. Please avoid this establishment if you can.

I went to give a bulk booking of 20 rooms for 3 days. Revenue of Rs1.60 lacs business. But the response from their staff was not approachable. He told that he will come back to me by that evening. But nothing happened till date. As a result I blocked rooms at a different hotel. The marriage will be solemnised in December 16th. I feel sorry to their investors. If you appoint such staff in front office only GOD can help.

Myself and my friend had a great stay in laimar suites..they room is so clean and quiet huge. The city view from the room is awesome. They location is right in the heart of kochi which is more convenient for us to travel. The staffs are very courteous and friendly. Special shout out to Deek****h. He was very helpful and hospitable.

The staying experience with Laimar suites was not good. We have been allocated two rooms (8021 & 8023) 1) Hot water wasn't coming into the bathroom 2) No hand towels were given after repeated asking. 3) The quality of bath towels was old and poor 4) Poor air conditioning in the restaurant area during breakfast.

Full mosquito can't sleep. Very bad room.. I choose this hotel due to prime location. Location good, but hotel very bad. Worst experience.. My Last booking here... Rate also 2500 and spending night with mosquito. And also fan leaf is rotating but no use..

We arrived from the airport early in the morning and the suite allocated for us was opposite the kitchen. We couldn't rest because of the noise from the kitchen (from 5:30am - 11am). We informed at the reception desk where he addressed the issue but didn't do anything about it. The bed linen was not clean and the AC within the room was not covering the entire suite. The corridors of the hotel were not clean and the breakfast was not good. There is no AC in the main reception. There was no trolley to take the luggage. The only positive feedback for the hotel is that it is opposite to Lulu mall. It is not worth the value for the money that we paid and no adequate facilities in the hotel.
