Radisson Blu Kochi Reviews

We are freely upgraded to Business class room. Room is super spacious but really old. Not a 5 star but 3-4 star acceptable.

We were at Zhima and the food was lovely plus staff especially Mr. Shabeer was very helpful and suggested us great food. We would love to visit again. Taste the awesome food and service anyone would love it. I suggest everyone to do visit the place.

The best Chinese restaurant in Kochi and Shabeer treated us very well and took care of us and had full knowledge about the food. Would recommend everyone to visit this place. Neat and clean place and wait time was very less and all served on time.

First of all thanks to all the entire team for giving us a fantastic dinner night. Especially pranav , Deepak , Both Akhil . We will come back here again . Once again thank you team . ......................................................

Hard to get the o erview if the physical hote, to find out where to get breakfast, where lunch. Place is clean, beds are comfortable The decoration of the hotel is a bit bland. Personal is nice . Jishnu is a friendly and attentive help at the door. I recommend him.

Not expected to have such low standards and lack of professionalism by the staff. Unable to solve problems. Even don't know how to manage things

I would go there again for many reasons : 1. it is so close to the metro, which connects me to the entire Kochi area with a traffic-free and fast network 2. The rooms were really good, I had a sound sleep. 3. The food was nice too ! 4. The staff was very helpful.

We had 10 days aesthetic programme at Radisson blu kochi,The food and service was excellent, the staff was very cooperative plus i would really thank Mr. Ataur and his team , Akhil, jobin, Harikrishnan nd mithun for their explicit help and support and for being there whenever needed. and thanks to the chef team also for the mouth watering food.

The food was amazing , the chef and team were wow , great service ,front of the house was great, definitely i will come back, Breakfast and dinner great, many varieties,great place Housekeeping guys are too good , hospitality awesome 👍 Security team u guys are good and very helpful

The staff was very nice and friendly they helped us alot during a stay there. An Employee named even helped us arrange a cake for birthday celebration really awesome service and cozy rooms! The breakfast was also good. overall good experience will visit again!

Situated in the city centre. Comfortable rooms. Swimming pool at the top floor was amazing. Room service was prompt and courteous. Good breakfast and dinner spread. Excellent hospitality. Overall - our stay was comfortable and memorable.

First of all, this is not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Had to wait lot of time for checking-in and checking out. The front desk is not manned/staffed. Room is neat and clean. AC works sometimes but temperature does not feel like 20 C when you set it. Bed was not in great condition, could literally feel the springs when sitting or sleeping. Called front desk and updated, response never came back. Breakfast spread was good. Thought the window glass was frosted but it was dirt accumulated from so many years and never cleaned. Lot of things to be improved. Compared to other Radisson properties, this seems pale.

Very good experience. Friendly staff and especially Neha was really kind and helped me out. If I go back to kochi I will stay here. Rooms were comfortable despite the April heat.
