Hotel Coral Beach by Llum

So, you have to buy a plastic cup in order to be served at the bar, no cup, no service. The complex is very run down. Artificial grass on the play area and football pitch is lifting at the seams. The ‘children’s club’ aka garden shed was never open unless you call the staff taking out a plastic box of left over beach toys and a large connect 4 game 2 days out of the 7. Rude TUI and Hotel Staff.

Coral beach hotel was great holiday not far from two beaches not far from shops and pubs about 25 min walk to gypsy market the hotel charge €1 for pint cup but when you return the cup you get your €1 back nice air condition rooms staff nice and pleasant Breakfast starts at 8am The doors open at 9am to the pool and the sun beds All inclusive drinks ends at 11pm after that it at a charge free ice cream round pool

Right - I have rated this on an All inclusive £900 holiday for 2. It is what it is ! I have paid £9k for Jamaica - £6k Croatia and amazing holidays but if you are complaining about this place maybe save a little more money or accept you can’t afford to go anywhere else ! It’s clean - edible food and a good laugh ! This was an alternative to staying in the UK Monday to Friday for a break and cheaper. Reading reviews I get the point but it’s cheap for all inclusive and I personally couldn’t moan as I have chose AI for £900. The people that are moaning give your heads a wobble and accept that you can’t afford in holiday terms what you expect !! If you want a good cheap get away with food that is edible provided you are not fussy then go for it ! £900 !! You can spend more than that in the UK Monday to Friday with poor weather 😂

On first inspection the hotel and definitely the rooms are very clean, pool area and bar good and didn't mind the 1euro for good thick plastic cups which got changed everytime you went up for drinks and got money back when left ! Things not so good restaurant food not always but now and again could be warmer and the sweets where very repetitive and it would have been lovely to have cheese and biscuits some nights like in most hotels also seemed to run out of cups and teaspoons quite a lot of times ,entertainment was very poor been on holiday this time of year in other hotels and had brilliant live acts ,where we had 1 night with a young lady who was very good but that was it ! So all in wouldn't go back to this hotel again which is a shame as we love es cana

Amazing staff! Such a nice hotel for being a 3 star. We were really happy with everything, the rooms were beautiful, great food, amazing location with beautiful beaches right outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend! The Hippy Market is just less than a 15 minute walk, loads of activities to do in the hotel by the pool every day.

After reading negative reviews was very apprehensive, this is a 3 star all inclusive hotel. It says, exactly what it is on the tin!! Very clean, friendly staff. Food is the same as, all all inclusive but there was plenty to eat. We didn't stay around the pool area as obviously very noisy and we couldn't put up with queuing for the beds at 9am every day We opted out to go the beach every day which was fabulous and only a 3 minute walk down the side of the hotel. Stay in this hotel give them a chance. Its simple it's not 5*. Hence the price.

We had a fantastic time here, the entertainment team (Carlos and Carla), were amazing with children and gave them lots of fun things to do, (adults included, especially the archery session and evening entertainment). Such a friendly place, clean, comfortable room, couldn't fault a thing.

Last minute did not apply the room rates that Coral Beach by Llum were applying through their website for the last weeks before their closure for a long season. We only had to find out once we got there how much reduced the price they were charging for the night was. It's not fair to those who booked a package like ours. Last minute also didn't make sure that the hotel's services would remain the same even though the hotel was about to close for the season. It's not fair not to have a discounted price for services that were not running, such as pool bar for example, or fruits and healthy snacks between main meals. The shower in our room was burning hot and even if they sent someone to regulate it we would still burn our skin in periods of 10 seconds. There was no chance to have a relaxing and comfortable shower. There was a constant, horrible stink of pipes and drains from the bathroom, very unpleasant and no matter if we sailed everything and close the bathroom door at night, the smell of stinky pipes would still make its way out to our room. The hotel itself to be honest stinks of drain and fried food. The room service was fine and helpful. Eva was great and helped us a lot and was really kind and useful. Kevin and Polo from the inside bar and the ladies in the dinner hall were also great and very kind. To be fair, the location and these members of the staff were the best in our stay. First stay with last minute but not very pleased with how much we paid for what we got. Not sure if we would repeat.

Well it had an ok reception area and the staff were nice and the pool was clean BUT the food was really poor, from the less than enjoyable breakfast to the less than average evening meal, the shower in the room could not decide if it wanted to freeze you or burn you, and the bar was limited and the cocktails we just sugary slush, we had to pay 1 euro for our plastic cup at the bar which was the only thing I felt could be classed as value for money. The highlight for me was that the balcony door did not lock and the reason for that being a highlight was it made it easier to get out of the room, I didn’t have to worry about a tricky lock or anything. This would be a never to return hotel and maybe I have been spoilt previously by staying in a tent on the M25. I am really sorry but I am shocked this hotel got 3 stars, in my humble opinion that was 1 star too many. To end on a high, the room was clean and the bed was comfy although I was quite drunk when I went to bed.
