I’ve been in this hotel for 2 nights, the room is very clean, their restaurant has good food and the staff (Zeynep and Ozgur) were very nice and helpful, i would recommend this hotel! Worth a visit if you are in the north side of Istanbul.

The breakfast tastes good, and the variety is even better! The lounge area in the hall is very spacious. The hotel is on the main road, with convenient transportation and several stops from the TUYAP Convention and Exhibition Center. There is a big shopping center and supermarket from the hotel two or three stations, very convenient!

The worst hotel I have ever experienced! Missed my connecting flight and so my children were already tired and irritable, but was trying to comfort them that it's not such a bad thing to be in hotel in Istanbul. To be honest for a 5 star Sheraton hotel - by far my worst experience ever!!!! It looks beautiful and well, but reality is different. The basics such as tv, wifi, telefoon, didn't work that evening. they had sent technicians for 40 mins in room, until I requested the manager for another room. Room got changed. My room key didn't work half of the time, had to leave kids in my room and run up and down to change key. I am milk and egg intolerant. For them to understand this, seemed very impossible to fix a meal....had to cross a dangerous crossing next to hotel to get to the mall to get my basics (clothing for that evening, charger etc) Next day mentioned a complaint to manager. The manager was trying to talk to me smoothly, but didn't do a thing to make us at ease. He had mentioned that his wife is delivering a baby soon and that he is sensitive towards childen. He then wanted to present a little gift....but then didn't appear at all:) wasn't expecting him anyway....It's also such a men's world in there. You feel like you are taken for a ride perpetually, system in that hotel is sooooo bloody messed up!!! We had organised a driver during our one day in Istanbul, which then took us for an extra 30 mins ride as well. All in all the worst, hadn't eaten one good meal either. For me this should get a zero!! Thought I should warn people at my end.

Okay, it's not too high-end, the facilities are outdated, the proximity to the exhibition hall is the biggest advantage, and the breakfast is rich! OK in other respects

Friendly staff all over the hotel. Started with a Royal checking in by Emre then the rest of the staff Yagmur, Mahsum only to name a few took over. Breakfast was Amazing. Food & Beverage Manager as well as waiters were great and welcoming too. Rooms were very clean and excellent housekeeping service. Shopping Center right next door for those who want a break too.

If you want to be humiliated with money, go !!! They gave breakfast with broken vegetables and unclear salams. The walls were washed but in the hair... as if not enough... I just don't know how to describe it, I feel like I'm in my second house while staying in this hotel, first of all the Hotel is extra clean and they are ready to clean your room everyday and 24/7 service while other 5 star hotels in Istanbul don't do that The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. All you are looking for you can find it in this hotel, I used to do my business meetings in the cafe and the lobby and they are so quiet with fast wifi and well designed fire business meetings, and they will give you drinks for free they are just awesome, it is extremely affordable for such standards, I am speechless!!!!!! I don't know how to describe it, I feel like I was in my second home while staying in this hotel, first of all, the hotel is clean and ready to clean your room every day and they serve 7/24. Other 5-star hotels in Istanbul do not do so because of staff shortage during covid-19, they are in a wonderful location next to MetroBus, they have a wonderful lobby and wonderful rooms, Everything is perfect, staff and hotel owner very close and nice, great! I can find everything you're looking for in this hotel, I would have made my business meetings in the cafe and lobby, and fast wifi and well-designed raw business meetings will give you very quiet and free drink. Only great, very suitable for such standards, I'm still!!!!

Turkey's consumption has been relatively high since the devaluation of the Turkish currency, the price is 400 yuan, and the conditions in Shanghai are much better than this. Hotel facilities are average, but the service staff are very warm. Breakfast is pure Turkish. Overall it is not bad. Next door is the turim large shopping mall. There is also a very large supermarket as soon as you go forward. Shopping is very convenient. We participated in the exhibition and took a taxi for 6 kilometers, which happened to be 100 lira. But the driver of the exhibition hall will be three or four hundred lira. Unless you cross the overpass to the Avenue across the road to the hotel. The Turkish driver is very dark and the charge is super high.

We had an unexpected stay in Istanbul when we missed a connecting flight. Turkish Air puts up many of its transiting passengers at this hotel. It seemed new and modern, with a comfy beds and clean bathroom. The rooftop pool was open to use, and gave amazing views over the city, but was very windy. We had buffet breakfast (8 kinds of olives, as well as breads, cheeses and cold meats, hot dishes and fruit) and a cooked lunch provided by the airline. We ventured out into the nearby square for coffee and to people watch before being shuttled back to the airport - about an hour’s drive. The only negative: single glazed windows meant an early morning wake up by the call to prayer from the nearby mosque. Not a bad place to be stranded.
