Everything you Dream of is there!
It was a wonderful stay!
If you want your room cleaned you have to explicitly ask for it.
It is written in the room, but if you do not see this, your room will stay as is.
Toilettepaper can run low that way….

Wonderful reception and housekeeping. Safe and walkable town. Great restaurants. Booked kayak tour through hotel. Matthew,our guide, was friendly and informative. Great place for nature lovers. Unfortunately, our room’s remodel was unfinished (ours was the only one unfinished). It was minor, but ……

I liked the location close to stores and restaurants. The town itself is full of friendly people. A very pleasant stay. But i was upset because my ******* app told me that the place i was staying had a lower rate than i paid. It seems i paid more because I booked ahead thru *******. Next time I won't book through ******* and just go straight to the property. I was also unable to use my AAA discount.

We loved this motel. The only negative is that there is no elevator, so we had to lug our luggage up the stairs, in the rain.

It was a lovely adventure arriving after a rainfall and waking the next morning to a tidal surge surrounding this very nice hotel and flooding all the streets in Evergreen City. We were stranded for most of a day inside our hotel room without food until the water subsided as the hotel had no provisions that could be purchased. Not being from FL we had no idea what being marooned in a hotel room surrounded by lord water was like

There are limited options when staying in everglades city.
Pros: rooms could fit our family of 6 comfortably, one of the few options for staying in everglades city, location is convenient to everglades national park, clean, staff is nice, easy after hours check in
Cons: one bed was squeaky, the bed squeaking made it hard to sleep, the flooring stopped short under the air unit (probably damaged in storm and repairs not completed??), baseboards werent finished in bathroom exposing holes (again-probably storm damage and uncompleted repairs)

It’s a clean and comfortable place to stay if visiting Everglades National Park. I wouldn’t call this a 4 or 5 star property but it definitely was comfortable for the very limited choices that were available in the area. If I would rate it, I would say that it is a 2-3 star property. The town is very small but it has everything you would need around it. I would return if I visited this area again.
