太差勁了，酒店衞生不行，被子枕頭都有黃斑，窗户外面就是酒店廚房排風機口，不到早上六點開始就特別吵

前台女的服務態度差，説我們是網絡訂單就擺一張臭臉，之前住過幾回都是前台小哥哥接待，服務很好很好講話，但這回真的讓人很生氣，三句不離我是網絡訂單就什麼什麼，網絡訂單就低人一等麼 ，安排住的房子燈不亮，廁所一股怪味，以後不會再來住了。

有停車場，但是環境略舊，房間也很小，床是1.5米的，一般的酒店都是1.8米的床。但是前台看見我們一家人帶小朋友也沒有跟我們説是否需要加床，懶得跟前台反映就將就住了一晚，房間的洗髮水沐浴露瓶子也沒標明哪瓶跟哪瓶。

這個酒店印象最深的是早餐比較豐富，到店在房間還有送餐服務，本想點個外賣，看到房間內可以點餐，抱着試試的心裏，確實不錯，值得！

本人是釣魚愛好者，到了防城港就想體驗一下海釣，到了酒店諮詢了前台，一位年輕的經理給我做了詳細介紹，出海釣、附近釣，因為還得辦事就聽從經理建議，到跨海大橋，而且很近，釣魚的人很多，開心！滿足！謝謝！

昨天出差入住恆榮大酒店，吃了飯喝了點酒，回到酒店在大堂休息，最後手機落在沙發上了。着急啊，一通找，最後跟酒店聯繫得知在前台，領取手機的時候，還貼心的給充滿了電。點贊！

無地下停車場，衹有地面停車場，無人員指揮停車，地面停車無序。
房間設施陳舊，空間佈局非常不合理。
早餐無人管理，亂哄哄的像工地食堂，品種少，第一次在酒店吃需要客人自己動手、自助煮熟的粉！
總之：管理混亂，房間老破舊！

非常差，早餐簡直難吃到無法形容，房間又小又陰暗，洗手間和浴室都沒有窗户，白瞎了300塊，服務也特差，電話是壞的，空調是壞的，給我凍感冒了😷

評論：昨天下午入住，晚上小朋友有點發燒，諮詢酒店前台是否有葯，酒店前台馬上通知了值班副總，到我們房間瞭解情況，並開車送我們到了醫院，早上還專門弄了早餐給小朋友，非常感激！非常細心！值得點讚的一個酒店。
