房間空間挺大的，住着挺方便，設施也比較新，就是沒問題主動給入住禮品，希望酒店能注意小細節，讓顧客更舒心。

隔音真的很差，旁邊房間説話也能聽清楚，廁所半夜別的樓層下水聲音迴音超重，重到睡着後都被吵醒

全國最差麗楓。房間小。隔音差。服務意識不到位。遺留了東西在酒店不主動跟我聯繫。我想到了打去問才説有遺留，上午早上8點多打去交代去自取，下午6點到酒店前台取，前台迷迷糊糊什麼都不清楚。

體驗感非常差的一次！很久沒住過需要付款按金的酒店了，當晚差不多凌晨一點辦理入住405房間，兩點多聽到有人邊刷我房門卡邊打電話詢問"405怎麼開不了門？"後來我在房間裏告知外面的人405有人住了他們才離去，到了三點多剛睡着，又被敲門聲吵醒，前台説給我換房卡！半夜三點多啊！！！！
