Bed and wi-fi was good. That's about it. They charge extra for stuff for the kitchen, new replacment towels/linens and no shampoo/conditioner or free breakfast.

Some how I was able to book and pay for a room that was not available and didn't know until I arrived. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

Rat hole of a place. Health Dept. ought to descend upon this nasty place. My car was broke into in the parking lot. Elevator did not work for two weeks. The air conditioner in my worked off and on with a loud noise. Half of the time room key did not work. The roof leaked. Zero housekeeping. The staff Tina and Jon are pathological liars.

We chose this place because it had a kitchen. It does, but has nothing in it. We asked for a pot and utensils every day during our 4 day stay and the staff always said we wish bring it within an hour. We never received anyone. The entire place smells like ****. The first room we were given had a disassembled stove, running water that could not be turned off and the fan was falling in the bathroom. Staff actually asked if we could wIt to have it fixed in the morning. After a 10 minute debate, they finally gave us a new room. Do not stay here. Between the construction and this place our trip was ruined.

The hotel front desk was blatantly not helpful. I had to stay there for 3 days in a room with bathroom that had no locks. The hotel staff just told me that they did not have any rooms with locks on their bathroom. Also, there was no manager to attend my concerns for 3 days during the weekend. Staying with kids, it was impossible to use the bathroom for 3 days.

No smoking area BUT STINKS so bad in the hallways. We choose the room for the kitchenet, no plates no soap no paper towels Dirty floors FOR ONE NIGHT AND I will never comeback that is for sure

Room was not clean amenities not as advertised. Crumbs on counter in kitchen No trash can or bag stained torn lamp shades layers of dust everywhere

one of the most overrated properties we've ever stayed at.A poor guest experience. managers are difficult. THe assistant female manager is highly abrasive and a pain to deal with- bossy with a "no can do" attitude more appropriate for the DMV or some bureaucratical govt office. They're more interested in ridiculous procedure over substance. Her and the manager act as if they're dispensing charity - not customer service to paying guests. They refuse to work with their customers. They don't understand the 4 C's of business- Customer service, Customer retention, customer feedback, customer sentiment. They prefer to run their business off- disdainful of repeat business. They don't realize that unhappy customers tell many more people than happy customers do. It is more like an inner city rent controlled housing complex than it is a hotel. This is becoming the calling card for ESA- they're quickly becoming worse than many of the motel 6's you find in inner cities. The ESA corporate is antagonistic when it comes to any negative feedback relative to their hotels. They never call you back or consider the constructive feedback.

They were so rough and very racist once I came in they tell me my id was in Spanish and then they start saying that they need a id not the one i had or a passport it's first time one hotel ask me for passport i been in a lot of trips and never had this problem he star asking for my SSN and all that they say why do i live here if i don't have a driver license i can believe Omar and Tina been so racist
