Was very dirty. Breakfast? No thank you I was afraid of it. Saw cockroaches. Mold on the shower curtain. Curtains were shredded and hard to close. Had a terrible odor but couldn't tell you what it was.

Their website implies that there are a few rooms to rent for handicapped people. This is not true. My reservation was for a mobility accessible room with grab bars in the shower and all the safety needs met for someone with mobility issues. What I got was a room on the ground level at the back with no handicapped parking and a 4-5 inch curb to step up on to get to the side walk. The room had NO safety or handicapped accessories as my reservation confirmation listed. The smoke detector had been removed from the ceiling and staff knew there was not a working one in the room. There were stains on the lamp shades, holes in the curtains that would allow someone to see in from outside, a broken desk chair and a few spiders in the bathroom.

There was bleach stains on the carpets, parts of the popcorn ceiling missing from cracks, mold in the bathroom, dirty walls, stains on the lampshades, cigarette burn in the blanket, and the shower was absolutely disgusting. To top it off, the fridge, microwave, phone, and ice machine didn't work.

You know you're in for a rough night when the smoke detector wires are hanging loose from the ceiling. The bathroom needed to have all the grout in the shower cleaned and there were no sink hole covers in shower or basin. Just big holes. The shower curtain rail looked like it was about to fall off. The lamp shades had mysterious spots on them that definitely were not as intended by the manufacturer. Lastly, the walls were so thin that I was able to perfectly well hear a conversation in the room next door at 1.30am, never mind the snoring for the rest of the night. I have stayed in many MANY budget hotels over the years, this was probably the worst I've seen in at least a year or two.
On the upside, the receptionist was very friendly.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Shower head was broken. Did not get fixed over the 3 nights i was there. Smoke detector was missing from room. Only used housekeepingnone jight and while they replaced towels they didn't make the bed. Just disappointing.

When checking in the guy informed me that they don’t usually let locals stay because they keep their rooms for out of town visitors. He was not nice at all. I informed him that he should let third party know when booking the rooms.

Black mold on the bathroom ceilings and also on the rook ceilings. I reported it to the front desk and he tried to put me in 2 other rooms but they were in the same condition. I asked for a refund but was told they couldn't give me one. So I had to call who I booked the hotel through to get them to give me a refund but I'm only able to get a partial refund.
