She said she thought this was a clean room. Sorry to bother you😬 She didn’t say who she was from the beginning to the end. (Can you tell me who this person is?) I was wondering, did you not exchange shift handover messages? Then I didn't sleep anymore. I got up and went back to the previous room to tidy up and have breakfast. I went to the third floor around 10:30 and asked the waiter at the door if there was still breakfast. She told me to go inside and have a look😬I went there and saw breakfast and started to make breakfast. Halfway through, a man in a black suit rushed out of the kitchen to my room😤Okay, I told her and came out to have breakfast again. Another one, a thinner one or a woman in a black suit, asked me which room I was in. Don't you check the message at the door of your restaurant? Do we have to wait until people come in and start making breakfast before asking? Do you want to wait until halfway through the meal before asking? It feels super disrespectful to have to be asked several times for breakfast 🙄 I don’t want any discounts from you or any small gifts from you for my next stay. I just feel that your service is really hard to describe and your ratings don’t match. I don’t want to think about it.
