1) My cab left me 150mt away from the hotel because it is a pedestrian shopping zone and we had DRAG our 2 suitcases on cobble stones ”like path” for 15 mins. 2) Upon arrival had to climb 20+ steps to the reception on the first floor ...Our room was 1 floor above the reception ( another 12-15 steps more climb.Thus going out 3 or 4 x a day to beach , shopping, resto, night life etc was a challenging task for a senior citizen of 70+ YES down 35 steps and back up 4 x a day. 3) After 15 hours travel time from Europe to Turkey (left home at 3.00 am , arrived hotel at 18.30).... Even after giving them my visiting card showing my status ”President of a FINANCIAL COMPANY , (they did not take into consideration )I was VERY VERY Badly /disrespectfully greeted.!! .After the check in formalities they wanted IMMEDIATE PAYMENT....I requested for some time to see the room and freshen up then come down to pay...to our surprise WITHIN 3 MINS the receptionist was knocking at my door for payment ....I said give me time to change and will come down ... FOR THEM ”NO WAY ” different staff members came knocking at my door 4 x in 12- 15 mins . I am ”genius 3 Level ” visiting/travelling to about 12-20 hotels per year on 3 or 4 retirement holiday trips per year !! Never , NEVER seen such HUNGER for money from such pathetic poorly educated cheap people. Finally I gave up because my partner asked me to so we can be at peace and call home informing we arrived... I wrote to director and put in suggestion box suggesting to check the clients on Linkedin or google b4 arrival ...but no apology was received from them....reason I WILL NOT FORGET NOR FORGIVE THEM now. 4)The room was too small for a ”deluxe DOUBLE room” . ABOUT 17sqm 2 big Bags got in the way 2 hand carries beside the bed ...difficult to get up in the night for toilet ..MY mistake I did not check SQM of room the word ”double room & DELUXE was deceiving. 5) Bathroom was small but acceptable..had no elct/shaving socket ONLY LIKE was the location . Breakfast was ”ok ” donuts and patisseries were not of ”good quality”, were always hard and not soft with butter as we like in proper cake shops in Europe. ...this was home made and hard to digest.. had first day and tried different ones for 2 or 3 days and left unfinished on plate each time. hot food had little variey but was acceptable for a cheap 3 * hotel.. Shopping was expensive better prices in Tuesday market got some items at 1/3 price tn the market and a bag at 1/4 price restaurants were DILUTING ALL COCKTAIL DRINKS WITH WATER....and priced were expensive 12-15 euros per drink. best drink beer only as most of tourists (British, Russian etc..) were doing

First thing that strikes you about this lovely hotel is the views - It sits among the backdrop of a lush green mountain valley that lowers down to a ***** of shops and bars and ends in a blue lagoon of the clearest water... So in short, its a breathtaking location. Secondly the hotels main asset is the friendliness and helpful service you get from the staff. Not that im looking, but I can't find fault with any of them. BIG shout to Erol the Entertainment manager who is just a funny guy and always adds a level of relaxed humour to the many activities that are ongoing through the day... But this isnt done in a pushy way that can be the case sometimes, if you want to just chill here in the sun, in peace, then this is defo a place to do so. Theres always a modern soundtrack of tunes bopping out from the 2 pool bars so if absolute silence is what your looking for then, bring some earplugs. Thankfully we enjoy a good varied ambience of tunage! :) The all inclusive drinks are plentiful and all pretty tastey. I love my beer and wine, and 'Efes' is a good lager, and the red/white wines are of a good standard. We enjoyed watching the entertainment, which is mostly dance oriented with a different spin every night, apart from the acrobatics and illusion shows that we missed as we were off on excursions those nights. The excursions are brilliant, Numerous boat trips and sunset cruises were the best we found. We highly recommend hiring a car for 40 quid a day and driving to Gemlier beach (proper stunning beach) and the Ghost town for lunch and a bit of culture. We also drove into Fethiye to Calis beach (free parking on the roads a couple roads back from the main beach *****). We had dinner there at one of the restaurants there and watched the sun set - Amazing!! **dont drive into Fethiye on tuesday... markets make it impossible to get in and park** Also worth the short drive to Butterfly valley to take in the view... Well worth a pic trust me. The food is always of a good standard if you like meats and fish freshly cooked on the spot, with mediterraenean salads etc and numerous vegetables. We love all this so it was perfect. If your fussey brits that just want brit boring food and breakfast EXACTLY how us brits cook our full english then you may be searching around the room a while for things you can enjoy - but im sure you will find something, its all tastey. In summary, really nice hotel with lovely staff We will certainly return to this absolute gem in Oludeniz. Thanks guys. Big Love Leo & Steph X

The hotel is so beautiful! Halfway up the mountain, there will be waiters to help carry your luggage. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, which is just the right time to eat after eating too much. If you stay directly at a hotel on the beach, the price may be one-third more than staying here. Yes, Said the price/performance ratio is very high! The view from the sea view room is really amazing, you can see bougainvillea + sea view. You can also see paragliders in the sky from the breakfast terrace~ There may be someone singing in the evening, and some waiters will also sing. The boss was very friendly and would chat and drink beers with us. He designed this store himself and has been running it for 2-30 years. The nicest and friendliest employee I met here is the tall James, a cute and naughty Turkish brother. Although his English is not particularly good, he will try his best to chat with you and make you happy. His work attitude and enthusiasm are also very good. Gao, the boss is really lucky to find such an employee! Other employees will also recommend us some places and channels to save money and have fun. In short, it is a great experience. I hope the hotel can get better and better!

Stayed at Pink Palace last July 2022 and didn’t think to write a review at the time however after just returning from a different hotel in Turkey, I have been reminded how great Pink Palace was and I would like to share this with others. We absolutely loved this hotel and please don’t let the outside put you off. We arrived and were automatically a bit sceptical as the appearance from the outside could do with a revamp however the inside makes up for it. Check in was smooth and the staff helped us with our luggage. The only thing to mention is obviously you have to hand over your passport on arrival and a member of staff must’ve got my name during this and used it to add me on Facebook and message me which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The bathroom was a good size however the showers are a bit on the small side. We had a lovely side view from the balcony of the pool. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and the housekeepers would make swans, flowers etc out of our towels which was a nice touch. The pool area is great, plenty of sunbeds and you didn’t need to get up early to reserve one as the hotel is predominantly Turkish and it just seems to be the brits who do this, which we experienced this year in the other hotel we stayed in. There is music playing around the pool which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The all inclusive is great value for money. There was always something to eat. Breakfast we generally had omelettes, which were delicious. Lunch was sometimes a bit hit and miss as the hot options were limited however there was always fresh salad and cold mezè to choose from. The afternoon snack is what stood out for us, as if we just had a small lunch, we could fill up later on chips, nuggets, bread etc. Again, dinner was sometimes hit or miss but as a fussy eater, I still always found something to eat so you won’t go hungry! The local spirits included in the all inclusive weren’t nice however. I tried the vodka and gin and both tasted like nail varnish remover so I opted for shandy instead with the beer on offer. This isn’t a big issue for me as we were going out in the evenings anyway and prefer soft drinks in the day, which were fine. The location is good as it’s set away from the main ***** so you get a peaceful and quiet stay. It took about 10 minutes to walk into the main town and it is slightly hilly so might not be ideal for people with limited mobility or small children but it was fine for us! There is also a small supermarket almost opposite which is good for snacks during the day. The bus also stops right near the hotel and was only a few lira, if you don’t fancy the walk. The hotel is known by the locals as “chicken palace” due to the large amount of chickens roaming the grounds, which did wake us up a few mornings however this is a minimal issue and wouldn’t stop us returning. The only reason we didn’t book Pink Palace this year was because it no longer

Stayed here the end of September- beginning of October for my birthday and it’s the only hotel I’ve ever stopped in that i would return back to! We paid for the “honeymoon suite” with private jacuzzi on the balcony and it was 100% worth it we used it every day or night, very romantic and such a beautiful hotel! Views from the balcony and surroundings were unreal and the hotel was very clean and modern. It was far enough from the main strip to have the luxury feel but not to far where you couldn’t walk. Perfect location for us as we like to walk and eat out etc. My one and only complaint would be on the day of our departure we asked for a room to shower in before our late night flight home and we were given a key for a room behind tape with a sign on the door saying isolation room, we went in anyway and there were instructions for isolation, extra cleaning products etc which was all fine if the room hadn’t been used but there was dirty towels and toiletries used by someone else, I presume for the same reason we were using the room, but with the current situation I would have hoped the room had been prepared before being offered to other guests, we tried telling this to reception but I think there may have been a misunderstanding/ language barrier about it. Nether the less we were brought fresh towels and this is my only complaint for the entire stay! Would definitely return back to this hotel!

Excellent hotel with excellent services. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Mart who went an extra mile to help me to place an order online to purchase something that I need for my trip. Feel like home! Will stay here for sure if I come back to Oludeniz again!

this is the most beautiful hotel! From the moment of booking to the moment of departure everything is perfect and even better! Upon arrival, we were greeted like relatives - in the shade in the fresh air they arranged a check-in, helped to connect to Wi-Fi. Told all the rules and useful information. We were escorted to the room, helped to carry our suitcases, although we did not ask. The rooms are clean, fresh, the furniture is good, the kitchen utensils are just right, there was even a toaster. 2 air conditioners - one in each room. Cleaned every 2 days. It is possible to rent beach towels (aprx 50 lire for each for the entire time of use) – big and good - very convenient! Distance to the sea is 10-12 minutes walk along quiet streets. The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too!
