Please be advised, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! We paid for 3 nights in late Sept 2022. Although email from agent told us check in was from 1pm there was noone there and phone calls to the property were not answered. Eventually a nice lady who was staying there let us in. So we thought we would wait inside and try and contact the owner rather than on the street. When inside the lady suggested that a key might have been left on the door for us. After about an hour the owner arrived. We asked him were you the owner. He then became extremely threatening and abusive. While I tried to be reasonable and calm he continued to rant on and instead of welcoming us he told us to GET OUT, apparently because we waited inside the property rather than outside on the street. This was after a night of travelling from Sardinia to Pisa and train, walking etc. Now we were on the street and had to find somewhere else to stay and STILL have had no refund of money. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, OWNER IS ABUSIVE AND NASTY. WE WILL ALSO BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION TO RECOVER OUR MONEY

Absolutely outrageous. Don't stay in this place. Poor and smelly rooms. Hot shower water without the ability to adjust it. They ask for a € 100 deposit which is not declared at the time of booking and which is not returned despite the room being left in perfect condition. Dishonest.

Upon arrival, they ask us for a € 100 deposit on a credit card (not declared at the time of booking but okay) "which will be returned at check-out". Among other things, the living room is not going very well (scalding shower water and atrocious heat in the room). Once I left Florence after a month still no money, with the excuse that the room was left in a very bad condition. To date, only half of the money has been returned for the same reason. Attenzione sono dei truffatori!!! Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni a Firenze in questo appartamento All’arrivo ci hanno richiesto un deposito cauzione di 100 euro che ci è stato detto sarebbe stato rimborsato. Dopo un mese nulla, abbiamo telefonato e ci hanno detto che se non ci era stato riaccreditato un motivo c’era, per altro sbattendoci giù il telefono. Dopo aver insistito con il il tuor operator ci hanno ridato solo 50 euro dicendo che 50 erano per pulizie. Consideriamo che abbiamo addirittura rifatto i letti!!! DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE
