I was really torn between giving a good or a bad review. First off, the service was very welcoming. I arrived at 11 AM and was pleasantly surprised to be checked in early and even get a room upgrade. The room was very spacious. At first glance, the room looked clean, but the sheets had some stains that probably couldn't be washed out. I immediately asked housekeeping to replace them. The shower pressure was great and quite comfortable, but the top of the handheld showerhead was broken and cut my hand. I reported it to the front desk, but there was no compensation, and it wasn't replaced the next day. Also, there are hardly any restaurants or supermarkets near the hotel, but the T2 tram makes it fairly convenient to get to the train station and attractions.
