"The location is incredibly convenient, right across the street from the train station. The hotel is quite large; it felt like I walked forever down the corridor with my luggage to find my room. The room itself was small, and when I first entered, there was a faint, indescribable smell – couldn't tell if it was from renovation or something else, but it dissipated after airing out for a bit, so it was acceptable. The bathroom was small but clean. The area around the hotel is very lively. It's just a two or three-minute walk to Florence's historic center, and the main bus terminal is right next door, making it super easy to catch a bus to Siena. In the evenings, a lot of people gather outside the bus station chatting on the street. It was a bit intimidating the first time I saw it, but I later realized it's perfectly fine to just walk past them."
