"Everything was very good and comfortable. The location is close to the train station and all the main attractions. Given its proximity to the station, the noise level at night was as expected – not a surprise for me and acceptable. Breakfast, though seemingly modest at first glance, was always delicious with enough dishes for my taste (yogurt with candied fruit, whole-grain croissant, scrambled eggs, coffee, and fruit). Everything was fresh and pleasant. The room wasn't new, but it was clean everywhere, which is more important to me; the cleaning service was good. The staff were friendly, ready to chat (even in my native language, which is rare) or leave you be – they are very perceptive to guests' moods. Thank you for your service!"

"Am Anfang habe ich Sorge gehabt weil viele schlechte Bewertung schreiben. Aber das Zimmer war in Ordnung und Sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker. Es gibt viele verschiedene Sorte (Herzschaft und Süßes Essen). Die Rezeption war nett. Die Schlüssel war etwas besonderes aber Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir geholfen wie ich machen kann. Die Beste Teil ist in der Nähe Leopoldo Station. 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gab Restaurant in der Nähe."

"We had a wonderful stay at c-hotels Ambasciatori and would especially like to thank Marcel at the reception for his excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel location is fantastic — only a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient for travellers. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel with many choices to enjoy, and a convenience store just behind the hotel which was very handy. Another great point is that most of the main landmarks are within walking distance, so it was easy to explore the city. The only area that could be improved is the lighting in the room, as we found it a little too dark. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay again."

"It was a real pleasure for us to be guests of this incredible hotel! I put the high rating first and foremost because of the great treatment we received upon check-in. Personally escorted and accommodated by the kind gentleman at the reception, we received all the details for our stay and a willingness for constant support. I am delighted with the service and cleaning of the rooms - every detail was taken care of. The breakfast is delicious, rich enough for every taste. There are also fresh juices for detox. I am in love with the toiletries in the bathroom - such high quality and wonderful scent. I am impressed with the hotel's branding on all the extras for guests - the bathroom slippers, hangers, toilet paper, etc. Everything is tastefully done and meets the highest requirements and criteria. The lobby bar staff is also very friendly. The location was convenient for us, a room with a view of the river and a balcony - a great view, fresh air and pleasant silence. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect balance between high quality of service, location and price. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are guests of the city. "Stayed for 5 nights, its a chilled, quiet yet super convenient hotel with a bit of fun and luxe. Friendly staffs especially the ladies working on the breakfast. Small breakfast spread but have everything I love - eggs, crispy bacons, juice, cold cuts, cheese and very delicious fruits. My room felt very new, located on 1st floor where the superheroes greeted me every morning, Windows open to inner courtyard so very quiet. Hardly heard the reno works next door but we were outdoor mostly.  Hot and strong showers, comfy beds complete the evenings."
