- I booked the hotel and checked in quite suddenly, but the staff were very helpful. - The room size was spacious and appropriate. - The amenities were not complete; it would be better if there were a refrigerator or some basic kitchen equipment. - The elevator is quite small and can fit only one person with luggage at a time.

Great location, old hotel, breakfast was great, friendly staff. Beds are very hard, no blankets on the bed, shower is very old. The hotel has luggage storage which was very helpful. The rooms are old and walls are very thin, you can hear the person next door. The hotel is very close to Termini and to attractions.

We had a very good stay, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing is that it’s not specify on trip.com that the room in not directly a part of the hotel but a room in a building at 4 minutes. I stayed at two hotels in Florence, and this one was a standard, convenient hotel. However, the room was too small, and the breakfast was very mediocre. I'd recommend the other guesthouse more, comparatively. Both are within a five-minute walk from the train station. The pros are the excellent location, right next to a small square opposite the train station, so I never felt unsafe coming back late. It's also very close to all the attractions; just turn right out of the door and walk down the alley to find the Central Market and the Duomo. There's even a Chinese restaurant and a bubble tea shop downstairs.

Exceeded all expectations! I thought a hotel in an old building would be run-down, but the room was beautifully renovated. It was small but had everything you needed and was very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She let us check in early as soon as a room was available, and answered all our questions throughout our stay. The breakfast room offers stunning views of Florence, with the cathedral dome and swifts that have migrated back from Africa after winter flying by the window.

I stayed with my aunt and my friend for 2 nights recently; we had 3 beds in the same room, 1 single and 1 double. The hotel had basic amenities - private bathroom which was a little small for me and a TV in the room. We didn't notice a kettle in the room but to be honest, we weren't really bothered since we had paid for the hotel breakfast. The breakfast had small selection of hot food: eggs and sausages were really good. The coffee machine wasn't working properly but the staff did everything they could to provide espressos for the guests. Speaking of the staff, they were so kind and amazing, The 1st staff we saw was kind enough to mark the local/popular attractions on the map and give us some guidance on what to do and where to go. They also gave us this incentive where we all got free breakfasts for the 2nd day after signing up to the hotel account (or something like that). The only major con about the stay was that our room was located right next to the elevator and it was noisy all morning and late at night so please if you can, ask for a faraway room!

The most beautiful, quiet peaceful place, breakfast buffet was great, the views are breathtaking, staff goes over and beyond, thank you Andrea, other guest friendly, everyone happy. Loved it want to return for a longer stay. Pool nice also

The room is dingy and uninviting. There's mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed isn't a double bed; it's single beds of varying firmness pushed together. It's completely uncomfortable to sleep. The reception staff was friendly and they packed a to-go breakfast for our early checkout. The sights are a 15-minute tram ride away, and the tram stop is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
