⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service at The St. Regis Florence was exceptional. After my departure, I discovered I had left some items in my room. The hotel team promptly responded and efficiently coordinated the delivery of my belongings to my next hotel. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail exemplify the true St. Regis standard. I am deeply appreciative of their excellent support and highly recommend staying here.

Hotel location is good, only 12 minutes from train station and within walking distance to other main sites. It is a super clean boutique hotel with a small garden inside which highlights it's attractiveness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to leave the hotel early for day tour and asked for two breakfast bags to be ready early morning. When we approached the reception at 6:45 am, the breakfast bags were ready for picked up and they also provided us with hot coffee in paper cups. They were so considerate. I'll definite trily stay at this hotel for our next trip.

Just outside the old town, a very comfortable hotel with a beautiful small garden. From the 5th floor rooftop you can enjoy the dome and tower of Santa Maria del Fiore. The rooms are fully equipped, the hotel is decorated in a modern and artistic style, and the service is attentive and friendly.

There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

Excellent stay in the heart of Florence Palazzo Portinari Salviati is a beautiful historic residence with an unbeatable central location, just steps away from major attractions and shopping areas. The building itself is full of character and elegance, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always happy to assist with directions and recommendations. Despite being in the city center, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing at night. A perfect choice for travelers who want to experience classic Florentine charm with modern comfort. Highly recommended!

The advantages and disadvantages of the living experience are discussed below: 1. The hotel is far from the hustle and bustle and is relatively quiet, which means that it is more troublesome to go to the city center. There will be 3 shuttle buses in the morning and 3 in the afternoon to the city entrance. Of course, there will be 3 return trips in the afternoon (the hotel charges €2.50/trip). The sound insulation of the room is poor, and sometimes it is even a bit noisy. The location of this hotel is a bit remote. If you take a taxi to the city, it is basically €23-€35 [I have taken prices in this range. The train station (Santa Maria Novella Station) to the hotel is €32-€35, and the city to the hotel is in the €23-€32 range] 2. The hotel has a snack bar/bar (Snack Bar) with very high hamburger prices. I didn’t eat all day because I was in a hurry to catch the train on the day I arrived. I ordered a hamburger for €20/piece and tiramisu for €10/portion. The speed of serving the food was really super slow. The main restaurant and breakfast are at the same dining place-the dinner menu is relatively small and the price is relatively expensive. It is not recommended. I was traveling alone, so I had dinner at the hotel for several meals (I was afraid that it would be unsafe to stay out too late). 3. The front desk service was generally good. All questions were answered. 4. There is no swimming pool on the cover of the hotel (it has been demolished for a long time). I was attracted to the swimming pool and chose this hotel. However, there is now a waterfall in the open courtyard for viewing. 5. If you don’t drive yourself, I don’t recommend you to stay at this hotel because the transportation is inconvenient and you basically can’t avoid the need to take a taxi unless your daily itinerary is completely based on the shuttle bus pick-up time. Of course, if you don’t care about that little money, please feel free to do so~

This is true *dolce far niente*: just the view from the window will make your colleagues drool and ask, 'Where's your country house?' Pro tip: ask for a higher floor so it's easier to look down on the plebeians below with an Aperol spritz in hand. There's an awesome gym: firstly, it's always empty with plenty of free weights, and secondly, you'll need it after the amazing buffet breakfasts. By the way, the ketchup there is so delicious you could bring a couple of bottles back for friends and be sure to tell them it's from the Radisson. And a huge bonus: an outdoor pool with inflatable rings where my friend and I splashed around like there was no tomorrow. The water is better than the sea on the Roman coast. And the sun loungers are so conveniently placed that you could lie there naked and no one would care. Only one thing to note: the hotel is located outside the city, and there's no decent taxi service in Florence. You can order a transfer from the hotel to SMN station. But there's no way back: you'll just have to hop on handsome Lorenzo's scooter and try not to crush it after the buffet and gelato. The staff are friendly, and there are complimentary apples and jelly candies at reception. Though, you have to be quick to grab them, as ravenous tourist groups sweep them away like seagulls. The bar has delicious pizza and a very strong Negroni. Surrounded by expensive cars, handsome Italians, and palm trees. So, come without your husband.

This hotel's rooms are incredibly beautiful and clean! They provide a wide array of disposable amenities, including slippers and body lotion, which is quite rare for European hotels. Our room even had a small balcony with a lovely view of the pool downstairs and the surrounding trees. While breakfast wasn't entirely to my taste, the variety was impressive, even featuring honey with a honeycomb. The front desk offers complimentary luggage storage, which was very helpful. A thoughtful touch was the free long-handled umbrellas available for guests, especially since it happened to be raining during our stay. The only real downside is that, despite being close to Florence train station in a straight line, the walk from the station to the hotel is actually quite long. Plus, exiting the Florence station involves going down a set of stairs, which is very inconvenient with large luggage. This made the walk to the hotel feel even longer, especially with intersections where poor signal made maps unclear and it was easy to get lost. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel. The internal environment is very well-maintained, and the front desk staff are patient and polite. If I have the chance to visit Florence again, I would definitely choose this hotel. The price is truly excellent value for money.

Rooms were clean and up to Hilton standards. Hotel has a bus that takes you closer to sites (short ride). Restaurant and bar area were far beneath Hilton standards. Better off eating at the multiple outstanding restaurants near the center.

I booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not? Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments! I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!
