⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service at The St. Regis Florence was exceptional. After my departure, I discovered I had left some items in my room. The hotel team promptly responded and efficiently coordinated the delivery of my belongings to my next hotel. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail exemplify the true St. Regis standard. I am deeply appreciative of their excellent support and highly recommend staying here.

The room is small. Although there is a window, it is closed because it is a bit noisy facing the street. The room is stuffy and obviously much more humid than hotels in Milan and Rome. When checking in, they offered a welcome drink but it was charged. It was a bit strange to wait for a long time in the lounge. The overall hygiene is OK. The biggest feeling is that it is small, stuffy and humid.

The service is perfect, the hardware is perfect, and the restaurant tastes good. The basic room type is spacious enough. However, the basic room type is not in the main building, but in another building, which has a seafood restaurant and a separate breakfast room. Of course, if you want to go to the main building for breakfast and dinner, it is no problem. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the main building. If you are too lazy to walk, you can take an electric car.

The location is very good, you can walk to the Uffizi, the Cathedral of Flowers, etc., very convenient. Because the hotel is located in the old city, the house is relatively old, but overall the experience is good.

There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

First, the advantages: 1. Good location, convenient for travel; 2. Rooms are reasonably spacious and clean; 3. Good front desk service. Second, the disadvantages: 1. Not good value for money. I stayed at around 6000 RMB per night, similar to the Four Seasons I stayed at later, but the two hotels are completely different. From the lobby to the rooms, the breakfast quality, and the service, I personally think it's worth at most half the price. 2. The kettle in the room was 100 degrees Celsius outside after boiling water, with no indication of this, resulting in burns. I contacted Ctrip, and after their representative communicated with the hotel, they said this is common in Europe (utterly speechless… picture attached to show the size of the kettle and the ”groping hand”). 3. The hotel provided various consultation services, but then charged a 100 Euro service fee, euphemistically called a ”tip.” As a five-star hotel charging around 6000 RMB per night, providing some services is reasonable. If it's a paid service, it should be stated beforehand; otherwise, there will be unpleasantness at checkout. I will not stay at this hotel again. With this budget, I'd stay at the Four Seasons!

super great, the environment is very good, the hotel cleaning service is also excellent, very considerate, the surrounding facilities are complete, I caught a cold when I arrived. There are many pharmacies, fruit shops and other living facilities nearby. For transportation, you can use Uber or call taxi, or walk, it is only 100 meters away from the city center very close

Old Qianfeng Hotel, the decoration style and facilities of the room are relatively old-fashioned, but the maintenance is not bad, do not like the old-fashioned style do not book. The room is large in size and much larger than the average European room. There are very few types of breakfast in the hotel, but the desserts are very beautiful and delicious. It is too happy to eat different small bread cakes every day. It is worth complaining that the room actually provides instant coffee powder. Get rid of this but in Italy, will the heart not hurt?

The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were maintained throughout my stay, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. While the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, it does offer a delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The breakfast spread was varied and catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the selection of local cheeses and cured meats. One minor drawback was the absence of a fitness center or spa facilities within the hotel. However, the staff was helpful in providing information about nearby fitness centers and wellness options, ensuring that guests have access to these amenities if desired. In summary, my stay at the Anglo American Hotel Florence was a delightful experience. The prime location, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations contributed to a memorable visit to this beautiful city. While the absence of certain amenities was a minor drawback, it did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with the hotel. I would recommend the Anglo American Hotel to travelers seeking a centrally located, well-appointed hotel with a charming ambiance in Florence.
