CChouqiabainianThe hostel room was spacious, and the atmosphere was lively overall. They even had a heated pool and offered complimentary drinks, though you could only redeem them in the evenings during specific hours. It's a place you could definitely stay for a few days to really soak it all in; otherwise, it'd feel too rushed.

GGuest UserI prefer the 4 female bed dom located just next door. It a lot better, cozy, and bigger. Good that the bed bed is not a bulk bed and is comfortable. Location very good 5 mins to train station, market and 10-15mins walk to Dumo. Except 1 of the shower room drainage not functioning well. Wifi connection quite bad in room but was okay outside near the router. My room was facing outside street was very noisy at night ppl shouting and talking loud till 2am.

All the girls, Italian guys and the Brazilian guy were excellent hosts, but there is someone else who was usually present at the very early hours who has a pretty terrible and rude attitude and could use knowing a but or two about proper customer service. I have to say, as much as I liked it, because of this last point, I consider Rome’s Ostello Bello better. Going to Milan’s one now hoping for a great stay.

MMirageTimeCheck-in is done at the machine at the front desk. If you booked through Trip, you'll receive a check-in email a few days before your arrival; your booking number will be in the email. After getting your room key, pick up your bedding (sheets, pillowcases, and duvet cover) at the front desk, and then make your bed yourself. The room and bathroom are quite nice. Each bed has a metal locker for luggage; you'll need to bring your own lock. Towels are available for rent for €1.99, payable at the front desk. The location isn't at Florence's main train station, but it's only one stop (8 minutes) get the train, hostel just across the street from the train station. It's about a 30-minute walk to the cathedral.

GGalaxia_There are many delicious restaurants nearby, the Medici Chapel is just outside the door, the location is very convenient, and the train station is also within walking distance. The staff are also very friendly and will help you proactively. Just be careful to make sure you have a way to call the staff if you arrive too late, otherwise you may not be able to get in. The environment is very good and clean. I highly recommend it.

MMaria MDAmazing stay. 10 min drive to a parking in the City Center in Florence. Kids loved it, they were tired of hotels, this is a tiny house, lots of families around, camper vans, playground, shop, pool, laundry. The tiny house is super clean, spotless, probably brand new. Very efficient, well organised. We took a premium one, it is already not large for a family. Spotless linen and towels, all duvets were sealed in a bag, looks dry cleaned, fresh. All tableware, cooking ware and cutlery provided. Air conditioner in both rooms, mosquito nets, proper water pressure and hot water. Very nice attentive staff. We checking late in the evening, which was a plus for us, we saw a checking queue in the morning it looked very long. All the best to this place and the team!

FFionFionIt was a very pleasant stay, although I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was just in Florence for one night, breakfast was nice with variety of choices, staff were friendly and can speak English, room was clean, AC was working perfectly, everything including the duomo was in walkable distance (only like 10 mins walk to the duomo). I had to leave the room key to the reception everytime I leave the hotel which felt a bit strange at first, however apparently this is a norm there as my brothers who were staying at another hotel at the time had to do the same as well. Last but not least, you can have a fantastic view of the city at rooftop of hotel, especially nice to see the sunrise! Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

GGuest UserA nice little hotel near the Uffizi. I'd like to point out that the breakfasts are excellent for Italy, as they even have boiled eggs. The donuts and coffee are delicious, and you can make your own cornetto in any flavor. There's also a small selection of fresh vegetables, cheese, and cold meats for a sandwich. The bed is comfortable, there's a refrigerator, and the air conditioning works (both cooling and heating modes are definitely available.) On the downside: the shower area's design is unclear. Everything flows out of the ”cabin,” mercilessly flooding the entire bathroom. The shower head flows in all directions, so it's unclear which way you should stand to be completely washed. And the damp smell is also not particularly appealing.

GGuest UserThe room is large, and the ventilation system is good. The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it's good with its location, as it's located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station. However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn't suitable for you as they don't have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it's windy. It's a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it's not bad!
