BEST hotel breakfast in France!!! We are so grateful. We were a large group. Large groups are difficult. But at this hotel everything was perfect!! You must stay here. :) Malika went out of her way to help our group. She was kind, considerate, patient and so helpful. We will only stay here when I am visiting France. The room was clean. Nice windows for a breeze. Fun design of an open shower; and the bathroom was perfect. The plug in outlet is sunk into a circle so the smaller plug attachments work best. There’s a mall down the street with a target tile store for anything you need. Thank you again, Malika!

WARNING; This hotel is under renovations and is a dump. See photos! The breakfast is cold continental (bread, croissants, pastries, yogurt, cold cut meats and cheese, coffee and tea. ) We checked in as a group and one room issued was under construction, another had bio hazard waste stain on the bed. The staff only speak French so very difficult to resolve issues. It’s 20-30 minutes by train to the city centre of Paris. Easy access but you have to listen to the bus traffic until it shuts down. There is a mall nearby and fast food restaurants but that’s it! The air conditioning and heating system only work during a certain season so you don’t have control over the temperature of your room! Not worth the money.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, great staff. Receptionists always available for you. Room very clean. Very well located, only 10 minutes away from Paris and 20 minutes from Disneyland. RER station is literally 3 minutes away from the hotel.

My experience is not so bad, but it is not good was expected. Positive points: -good shower -good bed -excellent location Negative points: -Moldy bathroom and bedroom -fire alarm went off at 05:15 AM, reading the reviews on google, it's something that happens with great frequency. -One day, they put only one bath towel, when there were two people in the room, and the bath towel they put was dirty. I had to leave a note so I wouldn't forget, and next time, they put 6 towels. -Liquid soaps ran out on the last day -I had to leave a note to put more toilet paper -The room was not cleaned very well, could see the dirt on the carpet -Breakfast was very simple. -They didn't quickly replace the ingredients for breakfast, running out of cheese was normal, and even juice ran out. -At check-in, the person who was assisting us made us wait almost 10 minutes, while he kept some files. -I left a wine bottle opener in the room, and on the last day, it was broken. -The air conditioning worked only on the first night, on the other nights, it kept turning on for about 30 seconds, and off, repeating this process randomly. -Behind the reception, there was a room, which looked like a tornado had passed, everything playing and messy, not something pleasant to see when you arrive at the hotel. First impression is a mess. -When booking, I selected an extra internet package, and the internet was free, what's the point of charging for something that doesn't exist? -the internet was horrible, it used my mobile data more than the wifi, as it was very slow. Overall, it wasn't too bad. However, this is not what is expected of an "ibis styles". I've been to many ibis that weren't "styles", and they had a much better service, breakfast, service, room, infrastructure than this one. This was my second time staying in an ibis in Paris, the first time in a normal one, and the experience was negative, this time I chose a "styles" to see if it improved, and it also left something to be desired. Honestly, next time I won't risk staying in an ibis.

I stayed here for 1 night whilst in Paris. The hotel is conveniently located very near the val de fontenay station which has very good connection to paris city center with the rer a and e lines. Hotel is adequate for myself for a short stay, bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was basic but came with most things I would expect from a continental breakfast. The room was quiet and the hotel rate was reasonable.

This hotel didn't live up to our previous Ibis Styles experience - the hotel looked quite tired, the breakfast was uninspiring (3 types of cereal - 2 of which were chocolate based; no fruit apart from oranges for the orange juice squeezer). Front desk staff seemed nice but indifferent, and couldn't offer any advice on the parking situation (there is none at the hotel). We had 2 rooms - 1 room had a broken hairdryer and one electrical socket that didn't work (this socket was connected to the tv, so we couldn't use our TV), the other room didn't have working AC. Because we were only using the rooms to sleep, we chose not to change rooms (which was offered), but it would be nice if these things were checked to be working before letting the rooms out. Location-wise, this was perfect for our needs - 1 day at Disneyland, 1 day in Central Paris - the train station was opposite and was easily navigated. However, there wasn't much else in the area - a shopping centre nearby with some fast food outlets. I'd say great location if you're travelling by plane / train, but not great by car. Also good value for connectivity in Paris.

Absolutely poor in terms of comfort and cleanliness given the price paid for my 3-night stay. Dirty as soon as you step in. Poor customer care. Breakfast is not up to the mark, poor quality mattress took away my sleep and bathroom facility is below standard. The picture they put on the web doesn't tell the real story. Won't recommend it at all.

Do not go here if safety and hygiene are important to you. We stayed here for a week. First evening strangers came into our room with their card??? Receptionist responded as if it is a normal thing. Slept very bad because who else can enter the room? Second night we came home, there was a stranger sleeping in our room?!?! All our baggage was taken out. Receptionist still responded as if it was totally normal. How on earth can you take out all belongings of someone and not even thinking for one moment maybe you are doing something wrong, certainly after what happened the night before?? We got a new room, which had a door between our room and the next room? Because of this you can hear every word the neighbors are saying. Two other nights the fire alarm went off at 5 am in the morning. Hotel staff said that smoking customers where the cause, which can be totally true, but to me it is weird that it was twice at the same time and twice it smelled like they were preparing breakfast. Other nights were broken as well, rooms were way too hot. Air conditioning can only heat, not cool. First thing the cleaning ladies did when they came in the morning is opening the emergency doors to let in cold air, seems to me like a clear sign that it is way to warm inside... Furthermore, the hotel is not clean. There was (black) mold at multiple places in the room and all other dirty stains on the wall. The sink did not work; water could not flush out. Lot of dirt in the corners.

I'm a Platinum member of All Accor reward program as I very oftern choose to stay in Accor group hotels and overall I had only good memories and experience, of course considering the different categories and levels of hotel where I've choosed to stay. But this time, I had a very bad experience which it doesn't belong to the level of quality and standard that is expected by this hotel chain. The room was assigned had a very bad smell of smoke, heating system didn't work and more of all the room was not very clean. An electrical heater was given to warm up the room. The morning after during check out, I've asked to have a copy of the invoice but the computer was broken so they promised to send by mail, but after 3 days not yet received. Last thing, the price. I've paid 120 euro for this place outside Paris, not in a very special area. Absolutely not worth the price paid.
