The manager as well as the staff on duty were patient with me while I straightened out a difference that was not fixed on the ******* site. This allowed me to put another name to check-in on my reservation.

The hotel is absolutely lovely. Our room was large and spacious and really clean. Every guest is given two bottles of water on arrival which was a nice touch. Breakfast was standard hotel fare but good. We were in Forest City to see friends and will definitely stay here when we come again

Absolutely loved the showers. Great water pressure. Plenty of room. And handle not underneath the shower head but at the back of the shower instead.
