Horrible place. Windows haven’t been cleaned in years, puke on light shade, furniture falling apart, a 2 ltr dada in freezer that blew up. Obviously no cleans the rooms. Hallway has old doors laying around. No carpet with bare concrete floors. HORRIBLE PLACE. STAY AWAY

Check-in was OK. Room walls were so thin that a noisy neighbor kept waking us up all night. On Saturday morning there was NO coffee available, even after staf being told that the coffee pots were cold. Staff also unable to provide receipt for check-out.
Will NOT return.

Our family booked this hotel specifically for the fact that it had an indoor pool and since we would be visiting in January. The pool and spa weren’t functional the first day of the stay. The second day they said it was fixed so we tried to use it but the water was frigid and the windows of the pool area were open and screwed in place so they couldn’t be closed making the indoor temperature of the room the virtually the same temperature it was outside in January. The spa was working and warm but was full of sand and filthy. Our TV only had sound on 5 of the channels and when we asked to have it fixed the woman at the front desk told us the person who would deal with that wouldn’t be there until 10 the next day so we were out of luck. It wasn’t until we insisted we speak to a manager that she called him and he said it could be switched from another room but we had to switch the TV ourselves. She was only able to open the door for us. We attempted to use the fitness room one day and only the elliptical was working. The stationary bike buttons wouldn’t work and the treadmill would come to a complete stop and shut down in the middle of running on it. The weight machine cables were broken making it unusable and the exercise ball was half deflated. All in all the was probably one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had.

This was by far the worst place we have ever stayed. There was no hot water to shower. Not even luke warm. We changed rooms and it wasnt any better. Water barely got tolerable to take a shower.

Would have given more stars but we had no hot water. All had to take cold showers. Also didnt know that there was construction going on in the hotel. Other then that, it served its purpose for one overnight stay.

The whole point of choosing this hotel was for the hot tub during my business trip but none of these things were working. When I ask staff about it they just blew me off. Also the key card constantly stopped working. They need to fix these things otherwise don't advertise it.

The beds n the room i was in was worn out need new ones tv remote didn't work have to sleep the first night with no tv because staff said they couldn't do anything until the next morning coffee was cold
