Nice and clean hotel in the walking distance of the centre of Forte dei Marmi and beach. About 5km from spiaggia libera. Will recommend and defo visit again.

It’s an ok hotel. You get what you pay for. The aircondition was bad. Big thumbs up for the bike rental. Great service from the staff.

Situato a pochi passi dal centro di questa elegante località balneare troviamo questo hotel a conduzione famigliare con personale disponibile e gentile. Le camere sono ben arredate, pulite, confortevoli e dispongono di ampio balcone, cassaforte, frigobar, grande TV lcd e asciugacapelli in bagno. La colazione, a buffet, è all'italiana con ampia scelta di prodotti dolci (possibilità di ordinare piatti salati, a pagamento). Potrete anche pranzare o cenare in struttura, con portate di carne o pesce, non mancano piatti per vegetariani, le porzioni sono generose, la qualità è buona ed il prezzo onesto. L'hotel inoltre dispone di una palestra e parcheggio per l'autovettura (a pagamento), infine vi è la possibilità di noleggiare biciclette. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo e la posizione lo rende sicuramente una buona scelta per un soggiorno in questa bella località.

Davvero la peggior esperienza mai vissuta in un hotel. Mi presento venerdì scorso con la mia signora per passare un paio di giorni al mare. All'arrivo in hotel la proprietaria dello stesso ci dice che non trova la prenotazione, che l'hotel era pieno e che avremmo dovuto arrangiarci da un'altra parte (un weekend di luglio a Forte dei Marmi!). Faccio presente che la prenotazione della stanza era stata fatta qualche giorno prima da mia cognata che era già ospite dell'hotel già da 1 settimana con marito e figlia. La prenotazione era avvenuta da parte di mia cognata parlando vis-a-vis con una dipendente dell'hotel e contemporaneamente con me al telefono, quindi il ****** è stato fatto tutto dall'hotel. Abbiamo dovuto cercare per più di 1h un hotel libero a Forte dei Marmi (a luglio durante il weekend!) e per miracolo dopo una ricerca estenuante ne abbiamo trovato uno da più di €250 a notte. In altre parole il doppio del costo di una camera all'Hotel Pigalle. Quando abbiamo fatto presente alla proprietaria che tutto quanto è stato causato da lei e che quantomeno avrebbe dovuto farci tirar fuori soltanto i soldi corrispondenti al costo di una camera al Pigalle e che la differenza avrebbe dovuto coprirla lei, la signora ha detto che era vero che il ****** era stato fatto tutto da lei e i suoi collaboratori ma che per noi non avrebbero mai tirato fuori una lira. In altre parole se ne è sbattuta. Imbarazzante.

Abbiamo pernottato nell’Hotel Pigalle per due notti e abbiamo subito notato i punti forti e quelli non. Come struttura è molto bella,con interni moderni e una buona pulizia generale. La sala esterna in cui fare colazione è molto bella,soleggiata e ben disposta. Ok la colazione. Unica nota dolente,il personale... Disorganizzato e sprovvisto di tutte le richieste effettuate. Abbiamo chiesto un medicinale comunissimo,e non lo avevano,stessa successa dopo che abbiamo chiesto una mascherina,cosa inammissibile in tempo di pandemia. Sicuramente la cosa più brutta,è l’assenza di un deposito di bagagli per i partenti. Un vero peccato perché la struttura non è niente male.

Hotel vicino al centro e alla spiaggia molto pulito e con un prezzo ragionevole. La camera non era molto grande, l'unico neo era che avevamo il bagno per disabili e non aveva il bidet. Ho soggiornato tre giorni con mio marito facendo la mezza pensione e ci siamo trovati bene, anche con la cucina.

Tutto sommato il problema sta in cucina, i primi piatti specialmente la pasta lunga stracotto, una ricerca di nomi sui piatti che non corrispondono, nessun piatto di tradizione Toscana. I prodotti di scarsa qualità. Il personale molto gentile anche se diversi improvvisati, ma conoscendo le difficoltà nel reperire personale qualificato ci può stare.

Hotel a 200 m dal centro di forte dei marmi Le stanze sono pulite e il personale è super gentile e disponibile, sono molto alla mano e hanno un sorriso per tutti. Consiglio vivamente la mezza pensione, menu vario e con molta scelta ogni giorno e complimenti allo chef, abbiamo mangiato benissimo tutti i giorni. Esperienza molto positiva!
