Quite an experience! It feels very like Greece. It feels very comfortable at night and the room is very big. The recommendation index is 5 stars, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The people at the front desk are also very nice!

We had a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom apartment in Alex Perry Apartments. Reception was great and helpful in regards to allowing us an early check in as we had a 3pm wedding to attend. The apartment was well appointed and had everything you need. The vicinity is handy to James Street restaurants and also Emporium eateries. It’s about a 10 min walk up to Chinatown. Lovely and clean with beautiful decor.

Easy check-in, clean spacious room although balcony is very small. It's an easy 15 min walk to Brunswick St Mall. Now this review is telling me I have to put in a minimum of 200 characters before it will let me submit this review. The stuff you have to put up with in this computerised world.

From the moment we entered, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. The room was tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance, it was like a Pinterest dream come true – cozy, chic, and Insta-worthy at every angle. Plus, the location was the ultimate wingman, everything I wanted to explore was just a hop, skip, and jump away. Whether it was the trendy neighbourhoods, cultural hotspots, or local gems, convenience was the unsung hero of my stay. It’s always a matter of when, not if, i’ll stay again.

We had the best experience in 2 bedroom executive suite. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything you would need. We chilled up on the rooftop with the pool and then on the great lounges watching the spectacular sunset. Delightful

I enjoyed my one night stay (with my $30 late check-out at 12pm). Excellent location to stay as I attended attend a concert at The Triffid; an easy 5-8 minute walk away from this accommodation. Easy and safe walk, well lit with mostly flat terrain. Room was comfortable, and quiet, with a mini kitchen, and laundry appliances. The bed was comfortable and linen was soft and clean. Lovely view from the room; with little balcony, table and chairs. There's a cafe across the road; a 2 minute walk from accommodation. Many eateries and licensed venues close by. Bus stop is 2 minute walk from accommodation. Check in and out was quick and easy and staff were professional and friendly.

Great hotel great location and friendly staff It’s my 5th stay in 3years - even in the Studio Apartments the bedroom is a seperate room. The only issue I have is the couch is very uncomfortable it is much to soft & low to get up from. I had to sit on the scatter cushions to be comfortable and make it easier to get off the couch.

We like to stay at the Alex Perry when seeing bands play at TheTriffid which is just around the corner ;-) Nice rooms, comfortable beds and friendly service. There is secure car parking in the basement as well. During this most recent stay we did notice the traffic noise from our seventh-floor room ( 713 ). There is also a selection of restaurants and faces across the street.

Rooms quite dark and musty smell. Also, room not cleaned on the Sunday of our stay.... Little to no info re amenities, services etc. Car parking very expensive.

We stayed at the Alex Perry for 3 nights in February 2024, the hotel was amazing from the wonderful staff on the front desk, to the beautifully appointed rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable the bathrooms very well equipped with products and amazing hairdryer and hair straightner, having a kitchen also an added bonus. I could not fault anything about our stay the rooftop area and pool with great views also an added bonus. Would highly recommend Alex Perry Apartments to anyone wanting to have a great stay in Brisbane, with great restaurants and shopping at your doorstep, with reasonable rates also.

Booked a 10 night stay, a 2-bedroom and a 1 bedroom. On day 4, came back to the room, floors not vacuumed. Crumbs were everywhere from my kids eating at the dining table. The living room glass tables + dining tables weren’t wiped either. I went to reception and asked them to give a quick vacuum and to wipe the tables. The receptionist said on some days they don’t do full housekeeping. So I asked what are the days they do. She informed me there won’t be housekeeping on the weekends either (which I was notified via email early on) and that housekeeping would do a full clean on Monday& every 2 days after. I reminded them that I had requested for daily housekeeping. I was aware of the daily housekeeping charges& was willing to pay for it. They mentioned they hadn’t charged me for daily housekeeping. I was a bit perplexed but I left it as that. Monday ,got back to the room, was shocked; floor hadn’t been vacuumed, baby cot sheets were not changed , shower area wasn’t cleaned properly (lots of hair @ drainage). I went to the reception to double confirm if Monday was full housekeeping day. They said yes. So I showed him photos of our room after a supposedly full clean. The state the room was appalling. Tuesday Jan 23 We are out all day and I come back to the room with an apology letter by Piotr (Guest services manager), a bottle of Prosecco, 2 boxes of brownies and oddly, a Lancôme sunblock cream. The letter was by Piotr,an apology for the unpleasant experience with housekeeping. I thought it was odd that they would present a random Lancôme gift. I placed it aside. later when I saw mom, she said she was missing her Lancôme foundation. We concluded housekeeping broke her bottleh. The hotel replaced it without informing us of the breakage. I go to reception to clarify the matter & requested to speak with the Manager on duty. Sefo was on duty. He told me housekeeping had broken it & they had replaced it . I informed him that housekeeping (my mom's room) had not washed her dirty dishes in the dishwasher (they loaded the plates but must have forgotten to turn it on). And complained that the basin clog that we had reported the day b4 was not fixed. Sefo was defensive, telling me that I should be speaking with the morning team, Piotr who was in charge for all this and that him and his night team was not responsible. He was unhelpful , unapologetic ,spoke to me with his arms crossed, being quite rude with his body language. Sefo, you need to realized that you represent the entire hotel. So you should not be pointing fingers at your own team, whoever’s fault it is. Wed Jan 24 At 9:45am, I told the reception to clean both my room and my mom’s room. We came back at 2pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned. my baby had to nap so we put the “Do not disturb” sign on the door. Housekeeping came during that time and left a note ; saying to call them when we are ready, and that housekeeping service ends at 5pm. So I called reception and requested for hous
