超過30年歷史的老店，可以説是西樵山最早的星級酒店，小時候的情懷，至今難忘。可惜酒店沒有與時並進，老舊的裝修，過時的服務理念，賣的衹是昔日的情懷。
設施：基本上沒有
服務：要求多一條毛巾，送過來的服務員一句話也沒有就扔過來，態度粗魯，非常無語
西樵山單人門票:不錯，但天氣太熱還是放棄了

各方面都好吧！西樵山腳，環境優美！除了空調不製冷，吹出來的風是暖和的，並且風量少，聽説今年5月高温已破歷史值了，後來酒店派了一位沒穿制服的較年輕的工程人員，對方調了一下設備，就説夏天熱再等等吧，然後就走了。我們住的是頂樓，熱的不要不要的，還好老公是懂一些製冷原理的，我們把空調的過濾網拆出來一看！我的媽呀！那網上的塵埃都可以當空調被了！老公瞬間化身空調技工，經過一番清洗拆裝！空調終於有冷氣吹出來了！室內温度也終於降下來！真的希望酒店的管理方以及工程部的主管看到我的訊息吧！提升一下管理！作個系統性的檢查吧！

親子房很差勁，入住一股黴味，因為小孩睡着不方便換房間。大人整夜沒法睡覺，黴味太重了。洗髮水和沐浴露也是放了很久沒有更換的，一股臭味，太噁心了。早餐也沒有能吃的，住過的酒店最差，沒有之一。前台服務也是愛搭不理的，很少差評，真的忍無可忍。

酒店早餐很敷衍，因為第二天要趕飛機，特意問了前台説早餐7.30，結果等到7.45才拿過來，不是自助餐，問原因説是入住人數不足

離西門西樵山西門近，本地人都是這邊上山，但是西門上西樵山都是石階比較難爬。
酒店離聽音湖也很近，出馬路對面就到，晚上散步很不錯。
地理位置沒話説，第一間房有煙味立刻給我們換了，四周綠植很舒服，聽着鳥叫醒來。唯一缺點，確實酒店過道的磚塊已經是老風格，潮濕，濕滑。

環境：老賓館了，能想到設施陳舊，但是真的住了一晚，也是不想續住第二晚，略有潮味，光亮不夠
衞生：不行，毛巾裏混進大塊的灰，嚇到了
設施：浴室的水龍頭不能調，水從門縫基本全打濕了地板
位置挺好的，走兩步就到西門了，看評論説有小門可以直接上西樵山，服務員説被封了；賓館外部環境也不錯
可能我現代化的酒店住多了，這種有點不習慣了

床褥太軟了，衛生程度可以
房間價格也不算便宜，是相對比較舊式的酒店
前台和清潔員工態度還好
可以一讚酒店傍的富都酒樓好食，蔬菜好新鮮的

30年後重臨故地，覺得有點老了。酒店整體上依然保持南國園林別墅底藴，園景長廊餐廳附屬設施很有氣魄。應該利用氣候差，吸引北方候鳥族來此過冬。憑店卡去西樵山應有減免。
