作为一間公寓本不应该抱着太大要求。但衛生情況實在惡劣，清潔阿姨完全不負責任。只是放下毛巾，倒垃圾桶便算做了清潔。房间地上垃圾沒有清理，掃地和拖地都沒有做。更差者連床舖也完全没有收拾。當我和前台投诉是，答案竟然是我们床上有私人物品不敢收拾。事实上，我们床上根本没有私人物品，我肯定。只是清洁阿姨借口。
另外房间地板發現有虫和蟑螂，衞生情况很差。

佛山賢德國際公寓（嶺南天地店）――豪華雙床房（無早）122元。
酒店位於東方新天地，想不到時隔一年後二度入住已改名，以前叫“鉑頓”（上次145元是積分換取）。
公寓位於老城區商業旺地新東方廣場，餐飲購物娛樂的熱鬧商業旺地。是仿民國風格建築，比普通公寓更具酒店風格，大堂時尚靚麗。
房間還有陽台，可惜樓層矮視線受阻，外面沒啥美景，衹有近旁的樓房。臨街房可能有馬路噪音幹擾，俺的房間位於靠裡麪，影響不大。
房間面積比較寬大，裝修風格簡潔時尚、温馨舒適，環境衞生挺整潔的。設施齊全與品質也不錯。燈光設定偏白光，有點不夠温馨漂亮。可惜廁所空間明顯偏狹小，但洗澡熱水充足。

個人不是很喜歡，感覺房間很舊很土，然後電視也看不了，叫人來弄也弄不好，説請師傅來，師傅很久都沒來，沙發感覺也臟臟的，燈不是很亮，感覺有點壓抑

衞生稍差一點喔但阿姨每天都會來收垃圾換新拖鞋和新的洗漱用品 隔音效果一般 旁邊旅客吵的話會被影響到 酒店裡邊的冰箱晚上會吵 交通很便利 下樓往左是東方新天地往右是嶺南新天地 打車也很方便

第一，前台接待有問題，完全不用照相或看行程碼什麼的。第二，房間衞生很差，沙發底下都是垃圾，沒有認真打掃衞生。第三，床上用品不知道用什麼洗的，睡完我今天背上都起紅點點了。第四，這個是雙人床蓋的吧？插頭按鍵在床上，靠着看電視很容易碰到。

性價比很高！價格在祖廟商圈中不算貴，停車方便且免費停車，停車場就在負二層，距離嶺南天地僅需步行幾分鐘就到了。公寓坐落的東方廣場也非常多好吃的，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的酒店好多了，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，前台小姑娘非常熱情，值得表揚，值得推薦。

超出預期，隔音情況:非常安靜，我平時睡覺很輕，但是在這裏完全聽不到樓道和隔壁的聲音，非常贊地理位置:離普君地鐵站不遠，交通很方便。旁邊的小路好吃的很多，最後點贊一下幫忙辦。理退房的前台小姐姐，服務態度很好，很貼心。
