The service and environment are normal, just like a fast hotel should be. The window in the room was a bit shocking, it was very small. I booked a king bed room with a window and was told that I had been upgraded to a deluxe room. I didn’t expect the window to be so mini, it doesn’t match the photo! Not recommended!

The lady named Huang at the front desk had a great service attitude and was very enthusiastic. She also prepared small gifts for us. After staying here for two days, we really felt like home. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and there were many fun and delicious places nearby. Shunde is very fun. I’ll come back next time. It’s okay to stay at Home Inn.

The location of the hotel is too inconvenient. The shop in a community is across the street from the road, so cars can't drive directly to the hotel entrance. Secondly, the hotel's front desk service awareness is very poor. There is no welcome message when guests enter, and there is no greeting when they walk to the door. The sanitation aunt is very enthusiastic and says hello when she sees her. Moreover, the only thing that is acceptable about this hotel is that the sanitation is okay. [There are aunties doing square dances early in the morning and after dinner]. Finally, I would like to mention that the manager of the hotel had a leaky front tooth and was very unreasonable. The room she gave me was completely different from the picture of the room I booked. When I tried to argue with her, the reply she gave me was that there were guests who wanted to extend their stay and there were no extra rooms for me. That's ridiculous. It seems that a person of this caliber would have a hard time running a hotel for a long time.
