Hotel apenas razoável, estrutura já antiga, deteriorada pelo tempo.. não é possível considerar como 5 estrelas conforme anunciado.
O destaque positivo fica para o parque aquático Blue Park que é ótimo.
O destaque negativo vai para o trip.com que anunciou como se o ingresso ao parque aquático estivesse incluso e não estava.. causando grande constrangimento no check-in.

Ruim, check in e check out extremamente demorado, 2 atendentes para 350 apartamentos. Primeiro quarto que me colocaram tinha um ruído alto trocaram, corredores com carpe, cheiro de mofo.
Só tinha 1 opção de cerveja de uma marca horrível. Para resort está muito muito longe de ter conforto esperado, quarto velho... não recomendo!!!

Location was OK. Place is overrun with misbehaving children, and several guests (not staff) were quite rude. Our initial rooms were quite bad and it took until about 10:30 pm to finally get into some decent rooms for us and our 2 adult children. We would not stay there again, given a choice.

horrible experience , not even a 3 stars level . dirty room , the bathroom was dirty , i found hair all over the floor . the bathroom instalations was so old . the hotel needs a remodelation asap.
i told the front desk , and they all said they were new to the hotel , and did nothing .
disapointing !!!!!
