Vamos lá... O que salva nesse hotel? Educação,paciência dos funcionários e café manhã.... Água do chuveiro apenas um filete, mesmo registro estando totalmente aberto. Agua não ficou quente, tomei banho gelado. Pelo amor de Deus, Orientem seus hóspedes a respeitar horário do silêncio, principalmente depois das 22:00. Uma barulheira enorme , batecao de portas horrorosas,.gente falando alto nos corredores. Quem chega bêbado depois da meia noite , ou está de férias ou não tem compromisso com nada no dia seguinte. Total falta de respeito, porque a maioria que se hospeda aqui, acredito ser trabalhador. Troquem com urgência o sistema das portas, pelo menos uma mola para minimizar barulho. O concorrente de vocês, maestro está dando de 10.

Bom hotel para hospedagem a negócios.
Apenas se prepare porque tem o clássico defeito do ar condicionado na cara de quem dorme.
Até parece que nenhum gênio que instala ou gerencia os hotéis pensa nisso ou pelo menos se deita na cama para entender.
Única ressalva, fiquei no quarto 107, talvez seja um problema específico.
Ótimo café da manhã, limpeza, condições do quarto, localização e estacionamento.
Voltarei a me hospedar, mas antes verificando posição do ar condicionado.

Estive hospedada com meu esposo e filha de 30/12 a 01/01, liguei em cima da hora para ver se tinha quarto disponivel ainda e falei com a gerente Thabata que foi muito atenciosa e conseguiu nos atender. os atendentes tambem foram uns amores, a Karen e a Jessica sao umas queridas! super recomendo, cafe da manha variado e delicioso, os quartos arrejados e confortaveis. ea vista da piscina na noite de reveillon tomando champanhe foi otima. certamente voltarei.
