I don't even know what caused me to be treated like this. A room that wasn't cleaned, two bottles of mineral water finished, quilts that were clearly used, and garbage in the trash can. After entering the room, I called the staff as soon as possible to report the situation of my room. But he just indifferently asked me if I wanted to change the blankets. It was already eleven o'clock in the evening, and for safety reasons, I did not communicate further. I really hope it's not because of racism that I am treated like this as a newcomer to Germany.

This is the fifth time I've stayed at the hotel. Breakfast is great rooms are clean my only complaint is that they don't have refrigerators in the room. Stuff is professional I always see her every time I fry into Frankfurt Airport this is my preferred Hotel I paid $99 with tax which is a steal. At $150 it gets to be too much so the hotel was $140 when I come back in May and I booked stay City Hotel Apart Hotel when I return because it was $100 which is my price point for the Frankfurt Airport. I have zero complaints about this hotel the rooms are nice everything is clean it has a gym and it has a fantastic breakfast staff is awesome,,& very professional. In the surroundings about three and a half blocks away there's also a full-fledged supermarket and an Italian restaurant that's mediocre but a nice gathering place. I broke my major suitcase so I was also able to replace my suitcase at luggage store that was also three blocks away. I only took off a point because they wouldn't install a refrigerator

This Hotel makes me want to make the city of Frankfurt a stop and relax place for me to unwind during long trips. This time I was assisted by Sophia Gutler at the reception desk who helped me in trying to locate my lost membership number and also by finding me the rooms that fit my family wishes. We needed to spend the night near the Frankfurt airport since we had a very early departure the next morning. I chose the Best Western Hotel Airport Frankfurt since I am a rewards member and I like to build up those points. When we arrived, we were very impressed by the clean sleek decor of the reception area. Check in was easy and quick, and we made our way up to the room. The hotel rooms in Europe are generally a bit smaller than those in the U. S., but I was expecting this. We were pleasantly surprised by the room. Just spotless!! This room had a mini-kitchen with a 2 burner stove top, even a small dishwasher. There were dishes for 2 along with the cutlery. The Krups coffee pot with 6 coffee pods was a nice touch. The shower was perfect. I sure wish we could have stayed here longer, but we had to grab a taxi at 3:30AM to get to the airport. The hotel clerk called for a taxi for us, and the wait was only about 5 minutes. The absolute best thing about the hotel is the price. The price was one I haven't seen in a long time. This location is hands-down the best Best Western I have stayed at in years. I highly recommend it to all who need to stay in Frankfurt.

I needed a reasonable hotel room for a 3 nights visit to the opera in Wiili Brandt Platz. This hotel did the job. I researched and tram 12 direct to WB Platz. Hotel was 5 minute walk from Niederhof station - 2 stops from the airport. So ideal. Tram stop outside and small supermarket 2 minutes away on opposite side of road. I had a single room, clean and with all I needed, shower, Wi-Fi (excellent) and comfortable bed. Reception welcoming and let me check in earlyish - 12.30. Breakfast was good. -cold and hot available. coffee excellent. Hotel was for me expensive but there was an exhibition on loccaly. Previous weekend much cheaper. unfortunately no English language TV news - but not really needed. Heating very good. Room might be htoo hot in high summer.
