Best Apartments in Fremantle

I was very disappointed with the service. We arrived on 5th and the 6th was a public holiday - we were informed that they would not service the apartment on a public holiday - I went to suggest that we should have been compensated as we were not informed. The next day our room was not made up when we came back at 5pm. On contacting reception they sent the cleaners whose excuse was that the do not disturb sign was on but we did not use the sign. At nearly $300 per night I feel that the service should be a lot better

This is the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in in Western Australia. I booked this high two hours ago and chose this one. The hotel is surrounded by a window near the pier. The morning view is very good and the hotel is very clean and beautiful. The room is very large and the parking is free~ It is about 15 minutes by car to Rottnest. The road at the entrance of the hotel is very narrow and the single line is very easy. It is easy to miss the speed.

What a beauuuutiful place! I love all of the Quest Fremantle! First of all, you can meet super friendly and kind people in the lobby. Then, you can see lovely room and view. The bedding was veeeeery soft and large. I loved it ! And just 5 mins walk to the ferry terminal to Rottnest Island. Also you can hire bike at the hotel, you can cook yourself, you can do laundry for free after swimming in the sea. Don't miss this perfect stay. U will never be disappointed!
