I stayed here for 2 nights with a friend. In conclusion, I will never use it again. I made a reservation because I liked the fact that 5 people could stay in the same room, but when I entered the room, there were only 2 double beds, 4 slippers, and towels for 3 people. I thought I might have been directed to the wrong room, so I tried calling on the tablet in the room, but no calls were made and my chats were ignored. So I called them from my cell phone and they told me that there was an extra bed and I wanted them to set it up themselves, that there were only slippers for the number of people in a double bed, and that I wanted them to get towels from the box placed above the entrance. However, there was no communication or explanation about this at the time of reservation. Also, the person on the other end of the phone didn't apologize at all and seemed like a pain in the ass, which made me feel bad. In addition, the official website states, ``Please arrive between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM when the front staff is on duty to check in. (Excerpt)'' However, it is an unmanned hotel, and the entrance passcode and ID that were supposed to be sent in advance are errors. Because of this (or so I was told), I was not sent home and had to call in front of the hotel. Even though we paid for 5 people, we had to set up our own beds without any explanation, and we didn't have any supplies.It's the worst. Not recommended.

It was difficult because there was no one to check in and no information was provided. It seems worth the price.

I rented two rooms, and the washing machine in one of them (203) could not be used. When cleaning up the trash, you have to send text messages twice on the tablet in the room before someone comes to collect it! Don't understand why I have to pay again when checking in, but overall it's not bad.

There are three rooms on each floor, so I was a little worried, but the room was clean and beautiful, the bedroom and bathroom were spacious, and the facilities were well-equipped and comfortable. As for check-in, the lobby was small, so we had to wait outside for other guests, and it took a long time for everyone to operate on the tablet. As for amenities, there was only one cup for washing, so I wanted you to prepare for the number of people. The sound from the upper floors echoes compared to a general medium-sized or larger hotel. If you're staying for live performances at Marine Messe Fukuoka, it's close and there's a convenience store, so I think it's very convenient. If you have the same purpose, it is a hotel that you would like to stay again.
