The service, in particular, was impressive. The lobby manager and staff across all departments were warm and attentive, actively helping guests with any issues, which was incredibly thoughtful. This time I stayed in a newly renovated executive smart room, which had advanced and easy-to-use facilities – a truly excellent experience. Next time I return to China, I will definitely choose to stay here again!"

"It’s a non-smoking hotel, but everyone smokes in the hotel. There are even ashtrays at the lift lobby on every floor. I get that it’s a cultural thing, but I believe the hotel can do more to establish the non-smoking rule at the hotel. The room is a little old and cigarette smell actually entered our room through the bathroom ventilation system. I would not stay here again unless there are no better options."

The room is spacious, the air conditioning is excellent, and the front desk staff are incredibly helpful. Since I had my luggage sent in advance, they received it all perfectly for me. "The front desk's decor is completely different from the rest of the room. Here's my honest review: 1. The room curtains are just awful; 2. The Wi-Fi kept breaking down, and the TV would lose internet too. Who knows the frustration of getting up in the middle of the night to restart the router after turning off the lights? 3. The front desk phone number isn't the one listed on the phone, and it's also incorrect on Ctrip. It's 9, very professional; 4. Surprisingly, there were no tissues! This is the only hotel I've encountered that doesn't have them. Aren't they standard? 🤔 They even offered me a cashback for a good review, hetui!"

"The hotel is easy to find, right next to the Leifeng Grand Theater. There's a large, free parking lot, and charging electric vehicles is quite convenient. The front desk is easy to locate inside the convenience store, making it super easy to grab snacks or essentials. The rooms are spread across four high-rise apartment buildings, which can be a little tricky to navigate at first. You need to swipe your card to use the elevators, so security isn't an issue. The rooms are relatively clean and quite spacious, located on both ends of each floor. Overall, it offers good value for money."
