The service is terrible. The hotel made an error and did not collect my things. Call the front desk to ask for help and send it back (off-site). As a customer, I face your entire hotel. Your front desk pushes the responsibility to the health department on the floor. That’s your arrangement, but what I am facing is your entire hotel. If you make a mistake, I still have to bear it and send it back (although the freight is not a big deal, mainly because the front desk’s response attitude is intriguing)

非常差！雖然掛星一點星⭐的意思都沒有，服務很差，我定了兩個標間由於有一個人忘了登記就給了我兩張早餐券，早上去前台要服務員****説給不了，還説登記幾個人就給幾張劵，這是老闆的規定，我就不知道這個****憑什麼給的這規定，內部設施很老，建議大家謹慎預訂。

設施：設施0分！大堂下午了不開燈，樓道昏暗，打着手機電筒找到門號，淋浴間沒有門就算了，燈也沒有，沐浴洗髮露是什麼？完了衹有一部電梯能用！
衞生：布草特別舊，地毯異味重！衞生打掃得痕跡看不大出！
環境：大堂不錯，外圍也不錯，看得出是投了💰的，但是期望越高失望越高！
服務：一般，沒什麼值得描述的
總結：170元的房費花的是在外觀，面子！而不是住宿！
