房間要按金300元，14號入住的，等到24號都沒有退我按金，好在我自己想起來，24號凌晨一點多想起來打電話到酒店前台詢問，早上8點之前才退回。如果沒有想起來就自己損失300元。既然要收按金就要準時退給客人，居然長時間不退感覺是故意的。住店的大家要小心。

1.洗澡的水温冷熱不穩定。
2.發現洗澡的地方有用過一半的沐浴乳和洗髮水甚至快用完見底更多的護髮素。
3.洗完澡後，旁邊的衞生間地上都是水。
4.過年期間，電梯的刷卡功能是關閉的。
5.洗漱台上的紙巾是捲筒紙居然不是抽紙。
6.馬桶旁邊擺抽紙地方生銹的都沒法放捲筒紙，而且還沒地方放手機。
7.地毯上不怎麼乾淨，有污漬和被煙頭燙壞的地方。

2、四星酒店電梯龜速
3、房間入住油煙味極重
4、早餐什麼東西都沒有 第一次碰到四星酒店煮泡麪 沒有任何麪食。 盤子過水都沒洗全是污垢還沒擦全是水
5、房間空間四星的價格 比不上連鎖酒店的空間
6、隔音效果極差
7、一無是處的入住酒店 不推薦大家入住

房間挺大的，就是太陳舊了點，也不維修或者更換，看着太臟了，早飯也不好，咖啡和豆漿跟水一樣其他東西也不好吃，失望，下次應該不會再去住了
