Lavande Hotel (Fuzhou High Speed Railway Station, Huamei Lijia)

There is a free parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, which is relatively spacious, but it is unattended. It was already past 9:30 in the evening when I checked in. There was a noise all night and I didn’t sleep well. The window was dark and invisible. I would look outside the window early in the morning to find the source of the noise. Shocked, this room was surrounded by large and small air conditioners outside the window, which was rather depressing. Breakfast is not included, no evaluation, the room is clean and hygienic, the layout is comfortable, there is no peculiar smell, there are residents smoking in the corridors and elevators

The service attitude is very good. As soon as I came to the front desk, they said that I would give me a five-star praise. The sanitation is okay, and the facilities are the standard configuration of Lavande. Next to a furniture and building materials market, very close to the high-speed railway station, but a little deserted, there is a Shaxian snack and a local restaurant nearby. There are not many breakfast varieties, only fried eggs, boiled eggs, and two vegetarian dishes. It is strange that there is no tea and water. Vegetarianism is also good for your health. 🌝🌝

The environment is really good, the surrounding area is quiet, convenient to take a taxi, especially the breakfast is very good, very rich, full of varieties, I like the rice noodles the most, it is very delicious, very satisfied, the front desk staff is super nice, very enthusiastic ❤️ I will definitely recognize it next time I come to Fuzhou This hotel is recommended, like it 👍

This is one of the last hotels I have stayed in. The hotel was newly opened last year and the facilities are very new. The decoration is high-end and elegant, showing the hotel owner’s style of working hard. The intelligent decoration of the guest rooms is in place, and all equipment in the room is controlled intelligently, which is very intimate. Although there are not many styles of breakfast, you can eat well and eat well. The layout of the dining table is very clean and tidy. On the day of check-out, it was my wife’s birthday. The customer service in the hotel lobby was very considerate to wish a happy birthday, and gave a water glass, which was very courteous and kind. Thank you very much for the hotel’s customer service. Will visit again next time.

住了好幾天的不知名快捷酒店，都沒有睡好，來到撫州，看到有麗楓，興致沖沖定了房間，從我一進房間開始就發現事情的不對，燈光昏暗，床品不整齊，不知道是不是被睡過然後沒有及時更換，問過前台有洗衣房，進去之後發現有衣服在洗，耐心等待了20分鐘等其中一個洗衣機洗好，（一共兩個洗衣機，另外一個還需一個多小時）打開蓋子那一刻我小腦萎縮了….幾雙疑似保潔阿姨的鞋子和鞋墊在裏面…一股反胃的噁心湧上心頭！另外一個洗衣機也疑似是保潔阿姨的麗楓制服…立馬回房間打電話給前台確認，前台一口否定肯定不是酒店工作人員的…此事就此打住。在我一身疲憊想準備痛痛快快洗個澡的時候，發現洗護用品又有問題，三小瓶洗護用品似乎被人用過，瞬間又一股噁心湧上來了，因為之前住過很多次麗楓，從來沒有碰到這樣的情況，立馬打電話給前台反應，前台送了6瓶洗護，以為是兩套，結果發現又拿錯了…..（如圖）好不容易等到送來了，洗了個熱水澡準備好好休息了，發現枕頭套異常褶皺，仔細一看還發現破了….到此我已經不想掙扎了…就想先睡覺算了…第二天睡到中午12點，準備結束這次入住了，退完房在撫州市區找到吃飯的地方，剛吃沒多久一個撫州的電話過來了，接通得知是麗楓酒店客服（很後悔沒有錄音），跟我説，客房反應房間的大瓶沐浴露沒了…..我一股火氣直沖發冠，我本來就被之前那個沐浴露噁心到了，現在還來懷疑我偷他們的沐浴露….拜託我真的不差那點….別來噁心我成嗎？住了那麼多次酒店，這是第一次！隨後我直接聯繫攜程客服，客服態度很好，處理事情迅速，耐心聽我解釋，並很快做出處理，在這裏給攜程點個大大的贊！後續客服表示跟酒店溝通過這個事情，並向上級領導反映，我也向平台上傳了照片憑證，整個過程非常絲滑舒適，此事到此為止，想要入住的小夥伴慎重考慮！反正雷先替各位小夥伴們踩了！朋友在隔壁平台訂的高床，因為朋友本身感冒發燒了，本來想着洗個澡美美的睡上一覺，洗完想着吹個頭發，結果翻箱倒櫃找不到吹風機！朋友電聯我，詢問我的房間是否有吹風機，我很疑惑，怎麼可能沒有吹風機呢？以為是他那個房型沒有。朋友身體不舒服故沒有向前台索要，衹好用毛巾墊在枕頭上將就睡一晚上。幸好酒店客服沒有打電話給我朋友説吹風機不見了，不然又得懷疑是我朋友拿走了他們的吹風機，待會給我朋友賠破產了…

早餐給1分都嫌多，絕對的負分差評，是我住過所有的酒店裡最差最差的。早餐10點結束，9點到餐廳幾乎什麼都沒有了（本來品種就少的可憐）。食物沒有，連餐具都沒有，還要自己跑到後廚房去找盤子，第二天竟然等筷子等了10分鐘。餐桌上全部別人吃剩的盤子沒人收拾，還是我自己去收拾別人的殘羹冷炙，噁心的不行，完全沒胃口了。咖啡機還是壞的不能用。最後一家老小衹吃了幾塊西藍花、幾勺蛋炒飯。連續兩天都是如此。體驗感太差太差了！！！

服務態度很好，可能有什麼要求都能馬上可以滿足。設施齊全。房間裏乾淨整潔。環境很舒適。早餐的泡粉很好吃。
