服務態度差的要死，我剛訂的房上面明明顯示可以退房。我人沒有去。就跟我辦理人住。一點安全性都沒有，強行幫別人辦入住。不辦登記就可以入住。這樣的酒店想錢想瘋了，我希望你們能管管。別出來害人。坑人。
