現在這網上訂酒店的圖片真是有點美化的過分了並且也沒有多少能真實評價的説明很不靠譜，比如這家坦白説價格不便宜而且這個網上和實際差距也有點大，誇張到這個房子竟然是窗户漏風，住了頂樓房頂還不是水泥房頂，一月份了還有蚊子這個衞生環境你可以想象有多慘，睡了一晚差點沒被折磨死，樓下還特別吵除了工地還有各種人的吵鬧，房子本身的隔音更是基本沒有，真是服氣這個酒店了，千萬別來太坑了！

門頭特別小很難找，除了離三坊七巷近這一個優點。馬路邊上很吵，房間之間隔音效果也差，上下左右衞生間的水聲特別明顯，體驗感實在很一般。

出門在外，考慮的無非這麼幾個問題。
交通？這個酒店就在地鐵口步行圈範圍內，三坊七巷對面。
洗漱？熱水速熱，下水順暢，洗的開心。
安全？門禁制度落實的還算到位，晚上沒有莫名其妙的聲音。
雖然也有一些瑕疵，但終歸是瑕不掩瑜。特別是這個價錢。

房間黴味很重。被單也是一股黴味。樓上淋浴樓下馬桶，設計不合理。東西老舊，洗手池邊污漬顯而易見。窗簾也很舊很臟。
隔音效果不好，走廊有人説話，隔壁房間爬樓梯，這個聲音都聽得清楚。
2點退房，1.54分房間門用門卡就打不開就！
體驗超級差。除了離三坊七巷近，其他一點體驗極差！

我將一條和田玉手鍊落在了該酒店，可我人已經離開福州回家了，於是連夜打電話告知酒店。酒店前台人員接到電話後積極配合尋找，第二天告知我已找到並馬上幫我寄回，相關人員服務態度很好，效率高，值得推薦入住

地段好，之前看有差評還非常忐忑。住下發現位置是真的好。房間也大，樓上房間，樓下客廳。雖然臨街，但是也沒那麼吵，還好還好。

就在三坊七巷景區後邊對街，很方便，離地鐵站也很近，周邊吃的也很多房間臨街有點吵，但是優點可以吸煙，總體還是位置優秀
