上一次來住還是2年前，離萬達很近，這次來福州出差，攜程上看到他家重新裝修了，就預訂了他家，酒店完全大變樣，從大門到房間，再從房間到餐廳，甚至還加了健身房（不過這次時間趕，我沒去健身）[呲牙][呲牙]，房間安靜衞生，前台的服務也很好，去的時候熱的不得了，一到大堂辦理入住的時候他們就倒了檸檬水給我，很好喝，以至於我走的時候還接了一壺走[偷笑][偷笑]，酒店非常適合出差和旅遊人士打卡！

之前住過他家，房間挺大的，感覺衞生各方面都不錯，這次朋友過來玩特意從晉安區來他家住，剛開始定的午休房，想讓我朋友看看住的習不習慣，這次前台妹妹幫我升級了房間，我人在外地，買了水果和賀卡讓工作人員幫我放房間，還幫我提前開了空調，後面果斷續全天！他們家早餐也不錯，種類齊全，營養健康，房間衞生依舊讓人很放心[強][強][強]

暑假到福州玩，朋友家就在附近提前安排了這家酒店，新開業的酒店很不錯，乾淨整潔，床品很舒服，入住午休後朋友臨時決定行程先去平潭島，因為趕時間前台讓我們直接可以走了，離開車上在攜程下單午休房，其他都由前台幫忙辦理修改很方便，工作人員很熱情，服務態度很好，幫忙把行李🧳都搬上車，非常滿意，後面到平潭大練島原來開車酒店出發也就不到1個小時，還要在福州玩幾天回去還是選擇你們家，點贊👍🏻

酒店的衞生非常棒，算是周邊最好的一家了，聽工作人員説他們的客房衞生做好後要經過兩輪嚴格的檢查，合格後才會售賣給客人，沒想到現在會有這麼用心的店家，而且酒店隨處可見的綠植，也算是炎炎夏日裏的一絲清涼了。祝店家生意興隆！

地處福州市區，離萬達廣場步行（道路要繞）20分鐘左右，周圍有吃飯的小店鋪，如果想吃好一點的衹能去萬達廣場，早餐衹能説吃飽，沒有現煮的麪條餛飩，雞蛋不新鮮，茶葉蛋是白煮蛋轉換而來的產物，沒有牛奶和煎蛋，300元的房間的確表現一般，入住第一天前台給了一個不太好的房間，入户有台階，層高比別的房間低，我要求換房，前台換了，還要求我給予好評，其他都問題不大，關鍵是衞生有問題，房間有蝨子，睡了兩個晚上，兩個人的腿上起了50幾個包，奇癢無比，可能是前面一個住客帶了寵物入住，所以監管不到位，停車衹能停在門口，先到先得！房間隔音比較差，晚上外面説話裏面聽到清清楚楚！

新開業的酒店，設施都很新，床特別舒服。 服務很到位，前台很熱情。對面就是萬達廣場，吃飯也很方便！特別驚喜的是當天剛好是我身份證上的生日，工作人員還送了禮物，包裝就知道很用心了，到現在還沒捨得拆，感謝你們貼心的服務！

看了網上評價在攜程訂了他家，我是攜程鑽石會員可享延遲退房。第一晚朋友入住後，發現被套不乾淨，聯繫服務枱更換，説客房服務已下班，於是在保安帶領下，我們完成自助服務。
第二天早上出門，我們辦了續住。可是由於突發事件，我們需要退訂。前台説必須按鐘點房扣除125元，因為已經對客房進行了打掃。我們想既然打掃了就扣吧！但當我們下午一點多到房間取行李時，發現房間根本沒有打掃。退房時我們表示不同意扣預付款，但是店家還是扣了我們50元。請網友們評一評，這種做法是不是合理。以後再也不會去他家！！！

攜程上看天恩房間環境和設施都比較乾淨整潔選擇了天恩的法式智能房型，服務挺不錯的，住了近半個月，總體感受還算是差強人意。
先説説滿意的地方：
🚗 交通🧹衞生🍃環境🔔服務都可，每天的早餐也比較營養豐富。
再吐槽吐槽菜滴地方
入駐第一天前台小姐姐説7樓是最好的房型，但是對比其他房型也許房間和梳粧台大點之外，其他是真滴沒有感受到法式好點的地方：
1.問了前台居然法式全部房型都沒有全身鏡，對於女生來説是真滴不方便。
2.因為7樓有洗衣房健身房還有餐廳，所以7樓電梯的門禁是所有人都可以上來的，本來開始不太在意這個，但是碰到了有陌生人非工作人員來敲門就很無語，還不是一次。
3.衣服衹能掛牆壁上也是不太智能，導致能掛的衣服就很少。
4.酒店wifi網速是真滴慢，微信視頻聊天基本是用流量才能算流暢。
