位於長樂城區十字路口，自駕游出行方便，但是酒店本身是一個餐飲很火的地方，回到酒店發現沒有車位了，，，，等了一會

衞生細節不到位。感覺住在招待所。窗簾臟。灰大。房間設施老舊。前台服務非常滿意！早餐結果沒有吃。沒有位。食物也很少。自己叫外賣吃！

房務人員主動微笑着跟住客打招呼，前台服務人員服務態度好、辦事效率高、應變能力強。當然，最亮的點還是那一抹淡淡的薰衣草香，甜美、晏清，衹要用心，你便也能感覺得到。

房間應該是新裝修的，算是馬馬虎虎吧，這三分算是給床的。第一個給的房間全身黴味，自住的房間地板已經開始有鬆動了。雖然有禁煙標誌，但是走廊裏全是煙味，最搞的是兩間的廁所都有一股尿味。該酒店應該是管理出了問題，我們早上出去一趟，阿姨竟然進來打掃了，畢竟我們不續住，完全沒有必要這個時間來打掃，有這個功夫，不如把退房的廁所好好清潔一下。前台服務完全沒有笑容，有個行李員也是大爺，完全不做事的。早餐更不用説什麼服務了，進門收了早餐券，然後來一個人還管你要早餐券，一大早就被搞得很反感。最搞笑的是這個工作人員，叫過來一個住客説，她住了一個月了，説她們服務很好。這些關我什麼事啊。房間裏配備了茶具，沒有茶葉，無論是否收費的，但有兩包咖啡。酒店本來可以更好的，但是就是這樣的管理，所以才這樣。
