性價比不錯，出門右拐就是師大，學生街，左拐我去了愛情島逛了一下，距離煙台山也挺近的，逛完回來，躺在大床上很舒服，衞生也挺乾淨整潔的，樓下就有便利店，需要買啥都好方便

不知道説什麼了...設施老舊但衞生起碼要弄弄乾凈吧...桌子上椅子上一層灰...馬桶底部還是漏的，一沖水就會往旁邊漏...已經辦理入住了不好退...晚上都不敢脱外衣睡覺...真的很影響第二天考試的心情...

設施：家裡該有的設備都有，有冰箱洗衣機電視無線網，獨立浴室陽台
衞生：還好吧 乾淨整潔
環境：房間環境還可以，床頭這個貼紙很温馨，有你在的地方就是家，哈哈哈，贊👍，但是樓棟物業管理有點差，三部電梯有點舊了
服務：前台服務態度很棒，行李提不動還幫忙提行李，有啥要求都能滿足。

這個價格挺便宜的，我要求也不高，就在師大倉山校區旁邊，考試下樓右轉就到了，圖個方便！到店進房間後看到房間環境還是有點出乎意料了，性價比超高，有冰箱洗衣機陽**衞設備齊全，得有30個平方吧，把浴室洗髮露盒子碰壞了，也沒有要求賠償，真是感謝，下回還來！

性價比還可以，百來塊錢房間還挺大，有冰箱，洗衣機，陽台，獨衞電視等，跟家裡一樣温馨，房間也乾淨整潔，還以為市中心這個價格衹能定一個小房間，沒想到這麼寬敞

真的很滿意～出門忘記帶洗面奶，廁所居然有配洗面奶，還有皮筋，洗澡很方便。能在國慶期間訂到這麼便宜，性價比這麼高的酒店，真的很值😃下次如果有機會再去福州，在定這家民宿～
