Good location but the front desk or reception service is not friendly and the breakfast is not very pleasant

the hotel general location and it's room is good considering it's price..
but the most unsatisfying experience ruined by this scene on 03 may, around 5pm raining heavily, but there's is no umbrella in the room so we (2 occupants) kindly requested to borrow 2 pairs of umbrella at the front desk receptionist instead of just 1 due to heavy downpours. But was declined by the receptionist (Daisy Huang) rather impolitely and uncompassionated to the hotel guests. we think the service need to be improve to look at kind consideration to guests on such situation. we just want to have quick dinner and return it after used, what is so hard to even borrow an extra umbrella?

The hotel is nicely located near the river, along which it is really nice to walk, the room is spacious and namely the bathroom is huge with bathtub and shower, offering a great view on the river. Around, there are nice coffee shops. The stay was quiet, except when people were in the corridor or in the room next to us. And we got some problem with water overflow. Still, I recommend this place

設施：房間很大，酒店前台該給升級了房
衞生：很乾凈，很舒適，房間內還很貼心給客人準備了小零食。
環境：周邊有很多商場，吃飯很方便，旁邊就是閩江公園，吃完飯去走走，很舒服
服務：前台跟客房服務員都很熱情，有賓至如歸的感覺
下次出差還住這邊，非常方便！也推薦給大家👍👍👍

第一次入住該酒店，前台服務員很熱情，辦理手續也很快。一進入客房感覺很寬敞，面積50平米，裏面設施設備很齊全，衞生環境很乾凈。早餐環境也不錯，菜品雖説不是很多款，但是做的很精緻，五穀雜糧食品搭配合理，營養健康。強烈推薦商務出差朋友可以入住體驗。點贊👍🏻

第一次入住這家酒店，交通很方便，出來酒店就可以隨時隨刻打到的士。大堂裝修很高大上，還以為是五星級酒店，房間的床很舒服，第一次深度睡眠。推薦，強烈推薦。衞生也做的很乾凈。早上去用餐，大姐的煎蛋很好吃。推薦，推薦，推薦，好酒店我要推三次。
